The precedent of the ICC indicting Netanyahu and members of his government over the Israel-Gaza War could easily be used by U.S. adversaries to seek indictments against Biden officials.

According to press reports, the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague is preparing to issue arrest warrants for war crimes against Israeli leaders, including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, over the war in Gaza. Such an indictment would not just further isolate Israel over this war; it also would create a dangerous precedent that could lead to indictments of U.S. officials and servicemembers by this unaccountable and unconstitutional international court.

The Biden administration’s response to possible ICC indictments of Israeli officials has been extremely mild. President Biden dismissed them as “over the top.” White House Spokeswoman Karine Jean-Pierre deflected a question about this issue by saying, “We don’t believe the ICC has jurisdiction. We don’t support this investigation.” House Speaker Johnson said on Tuesday that a Biden official would tell the ICC “to stand down.”

The lack of fidelity between the people and the govt in America today would seem to lead people to make such non-choice choices as are referenced above.  Indeed, it would appear that we need another Lansky to fill the void which might enforce a return of order in today’s society, and not just with regards to the antisemitic riots which we are referencing here.  Yet, I would argue that we are dealing today with a different situation than existed in the 1930’s.  Indeed, is there anyone reading this who might be deceived into believing that if some modern-day Lansky ordered his bully brute squad to march on Columbia armed with bats and mob violence to chase off the genocidal jihadi worshipers, that the US govt would remain idle as these events unfolded?  In fact there would be an instantaneous response by the Feds, who would likely manipulate the situation to increase the power of the growing tyranny in America against the American people and its American Jewry.   So, while a call to violence might seem to be the reasonable response to the growing breach between the American govt and the American people, and more specifically the American Jews, I would argue that the consequences for making a choice such as was made nearly a century ago would likely lead to far greater tragedies for the wrong people than we have seen to date.  Do recall the justice which was meted out for January 6, and notably, the Feds provided most if not all of the agitation which took place that day.

Still,  it would be interesting to read the opinions of others on these matters.

Reports are circulating that the Israelis are planning an operation in Rafah to eliminate the last Hamas stronghold in Gaza. If so, the Netanyahu government will be acting against the very public wishes of the Biden administration, which has spent the last half year moving heaven and earth to save a terrorist organization from destruction. Bizarrely, the White House’s statements and actions show that Hamas’ survival is more important than the security of a traditional American partner, Israel; more crucial to American interests than the preservation of the U.S.-led order of the Middle East; more precious than the dozens of American lives that Hamas ended on Oct. 7; more valuable than however many Americans and Israelis are still alive in the terror army’s tunnels.

Meanwhile, Hamas is exploiting the prolonged waiting period and preparing well for the ground operation in this sector, which will undoubtedly pose complex operational challenges for the IDF. As the War Cabinet waits for a reply from Hamas to the latest far-reaching, unprecedented Israeli proposal for a hostage release deal, the IDF has drawn up operational plans for large-scale urban warfare in Hamas’s last remaining bastion in Rafah, southern Gaza.

These plans rely on the massive experience the IDF has gained over recent months while fighting in Gaza City and Khan Yunis, including the ability to evacuate masses of civilians.

When Paul Zimmer-Harwood volunteered to be intentionally infected with SARS-CoV-2, he wasn’t sure what to expect. He was ready for a repeat of his first brush with COVID-19, through a naturally acquired infection that gave him influenza-like symptoms. But he hoped his immunity would help him feel well enough to use the indoor bicycle trainer that he had brought into quarantine.

It turned out that Zimmer-Harwood, a PhD student at University of Oxford, UK, had nothing to worry about. Neither he nor any of the 35 other people who participated in the ‘challenge’ trial actually got COVID-19.

You may have heard of the protests in Tbilisi, Georgia recently. The protests are framed around what the State Dept and CIA call “Russian favored” legislation.

The Georgia legislation essentially says that domestic lobbyists, NGO’s, entities, groups and individuals who are funded more than 20% by foreign interests need to register as such.

Essentially, the USA law we call the Foreign Agent Registration Act (FARA), is what the country of Georgia is enacting in their own political landscape.  However, the USA is not happy about the Georgia law to disclose the source of foreign funding (most of it anti-government) because the USA (specifically the State Dept and CIA) is the source of that funding.

This Georgia political scheme is yet another U.S. led color revolution in the same hues as 2014 Ukraine.

We’ve learned some new terms in recent years.

“Insurrection” is one of them. And “lawfare.”

“Insurrection” is a favorite word thrown around by Democrats, journalists, squishy Republicans and legacy media consumers when discussing the events of Jan. 6, 2021.

“We saw it all,” they will tell you — an insurrection, with MAGA rioters carrying Trump, American and Gadsden flags climbing the walls of the Capitol, pushing aside police, threatening Congress, committing unspeakable terror on the scale of the World Trade Center and Pentagon attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, or even the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941.

It’s all out in the open now. The House voted 366-58 on Saturday to send $9.1 billion to Gaza, and that means $9.1 billion to Hamas. This isn’t the first time that the Biden regime has made clear which side it’s on, and it likely won’t be the last. But this time, Old Joe and his henchmen are getting some pushback.

The $9.1 billion is earmarked, of course, as “humanitarian assistance,” but that ruse is fooling fewer and fewer people. Just The News reported Friday that the bill is “under scrutiny” in the first place because the amount that Gaza will be getting is “significantly more than the annual gross domestic product of the Gaza Strip,” and no safeguards are in place to ensure that the money will not fall into the wrong hands: “critics say the U.S. is essentially funding Hamas through the bill.”
