Harvard paper on “Israel lobby” allegedly drew on neo-Nazi sources

The similarity of “The Israel Lobby and U.S. Foreign Policy” to anti-Semitic hate propaganda that accuses American Jews of having “divided loyalties” between the United States and Israel drew the attention of Alan Dershowitz as reported in the New York Sun.

Harvard’s Paper on Israel Drew From Neo-Nazi Sites

WASHINGTON - A prominent Harvard law professor, Alan Dershowitz, is alleging that the authors of a Harvard Kennedy School paper about the “Israel lobby,” one of which is the Kennedy School’s academic dean, culled sections of the paper from neo-Nazi and other anti-Israel hate Web sites.

…In the 83-page “working paper,” the professors suggest that a vast network of journalists, think tanks, lobbyists, and largely Jewish officials have seized the foreign policy debate and manipulated America to invade Iraq.

The latter does in fact sound like an excerpt or at least a paraphrase from the Protocols of the Learned Elders of Zion or related material.

We add that it is not American Jews but Harvard University itself that recently accepted $20 million from a member of the Saudi Royal Family, Al-Waleed bin Talal, whose record includes a fundraiser for the families of Palestinian suicide bombers. Anyone who has worked in industry or especially the government knows why there are rules against taking even small gifts from, for example, prospective suppliers. Taking the gift gives the perception, rightly or wrongly, of a conflict of interest that could influence the recipient’s judgment and stewardship on behalf of his employer. Harvard’s acceptance of $20 million from a Saudi Arabian sugar daddy similarly gives the perception, rightly or wrongly, that Saudi Arabian influence could permeate this university. The same goes for Georgetown University, the site of the International Solidarity Movement’s anti-Israel divestment conference this year.

Speaking of Georgetown University and the divestment conference, our universities, the press, and churches are in fact being infiltrated but not by Jews, as shown here.

My next session brought me back to Nadeem Muaddi hosting “Christian Outreach: A Moral Call to Action.” The importance of this session cannot be discounted. It was to train ISM activists to get into US churches and convince them to divest from Israel. The significance of this being taught at Georgetown, a Jesuit college, was especially profound since Georgetown’s official Muslim chaplain, Yahya Hendi, actually introduced the session and its participants, even laying out the ground rules for those in attendance with questions. Hendi identified himself only as Jesuit Georgetown’s official chaplain, but not as a Muslim.

Remember that Georgetown University, like Harvard University, accepted $20 million from Al-Waleed bin Talal, a Saudi Arabian who has also hosted a fundraiser for the families of Palestinian suicide bombers. Perhaps we should begin to talk about the “Protocols of the Learned Elders of Arabia.”

Muaddi then began a power point demonstration where he explained the step-by-step process to get into American churches and convince them that Israel’s Jews are persecuting the Christians in the West Bank. The goal was to persuade the churches to divest from Israel. …Muaddi, clad in a suit, told attendees how to dress and approach Christian churches. “Bring them a gift from the Holy Land, such as some holy water,” he advised. He named all the Arab Christian sects then advised contacting their counterparts in America and developing a “moral imperative” in their minds to boycott Israel.

The infestation of American universities like Georgetown, Harvard, and apparently Duke University by foreign influences is revealed even further:

The ISM grew in strength by the time of the Duke Conference. At Duke University, one of the top campus administrators was actually working with them, not as an impartial host to the group, but as an active and avid supporter of their efforts. …Another link that began to emerge was how Saudi funding to US campuses also could smooth the way for the ISM by getting campus administrators to look the other way at a group that advocated anti-Semitism and subversion even against the United States despite all evidence. Duke was the recipient of huge amounts of Saudi donations in the past, Saudi donations that the Duke administrator who covered for the ISM incredibly said he knew absolutely nothing about.

Furthermore, it is not American Jews but Harvard University that is undermining the Armed Forces of the United States by refusing to allow the Reserve Officer Training Corps to operate on campus. Perhaps Harvard professors like Stephen Walt should be a little more discreet before throwing the “divided loyalties” rock inside a glass house.
