National Jewish Democratic Council: Shill for Anti-Semites
by Bill Levinson
The National Jewish Democratic Council’s (double oxymoron, there is little Jewish or Democratic about it) Ira Forman just published an opinion piece in which he contends that Jews vote Democratic because “it’s the right thing to do.” Forman is welcome to speak for himself, but the truth is that the rampant anti-Semitism, anti-Catholicism, and racism that pervades the Democratic Party at the national level can and should cost it next year’s election.
We must say explicitly, however, that this hatred and contempt for Jews, Catholics, and white people in general does not extend to state and local levels. We not only voted for Democrats last November, we put our name behind them in letters to the editor that supported them against worthless Republicans. We will work for these Democrats’ election next November, even if we must simulataneously orchestrate the defeat of their party’s Presidential candidate. The Democrats we know would be appalled if they saw the medieval hatred, some of which is directed at them because of their race and/or religion, that flows like raw sewage from “Democratic” organs like MoveOn.org, Al Sharpton’s National Action Network, and even the so-called National Jewish Democratic Council.
Ira Forman is the same individual who lied to Jewish Democrats as follows:
Jewish voters should take comfort in knowing that MoveOn.org is not a haven for anti-Semitism and the organization will renounce and remove any postings of the sort. Leave it to Republicans to not allow the truth to get in the way of campaigning. Sincerely, Ira Forman Executive Director National Jewish Democratic Council
Ira Forman stuck to this lie even after it was proven, and the proof is online here, that MoveOn.org lied about removing the hate speech. All the hate speech at this site was harvested from MoveOn.org’s Action Forum long after Eli Pariser told the world that it had been removed. Ira Forman and the National Jewish Democratic Council nonetheless continued to stand behind this lie, which shows up front that nothing they say is worthy of trust or respect. Here is but a couple of examples of the material that the NJDC whitewashed.
This murderous cannibalism doesn’t come out of the blue. Today in Israel, school curricula are dominated by the Talmud, especially a specific Talmudic text called Shulhan Aruch.
In this text, Jews are commanded to slaughter non-Jews who are viewed more or less as animals or at least lesser human beings.
The above qualifies as a blood libel that differs little if at all from medieval blood libels about Jews making matzos from the blood of Christian babies. This is the sort of thing that Ira Forman whitewashed and swept under the rug to protect his left-wing Democratic friends.
We can all see how AIPAC/Israel has taken control of America. Not to get nasty but jews have a long history of subverting governments for their own enrichment and glory to the detriment of whole societies. Many more than “6 million” have died by semetic aggression, 100′s of millions even
Another entry in MoveOn’s Action Forum said, “Removing all Israeli obsessed Jews from congress would stop a lot of killing.” Perhaps Mr. Forman should rememberthat almost all of these “Israeli obsessed Jews” are nominally members of his own party. Furthermore, let us not forget MoveOn.org’s official position on Catholics and the Catholic Church, including the predominantly Democratic Irish, Polish, and Italian Catholics of New York and Pennsylvania:

Now let us get to Ira Forman’s taqqiya du jour:
Every major Democratic and Republican presidential candidate supports Israel. No matter what happens in November 2008, we will all but certainly have a president who understands the importance of the U.S.-Israel relationship.
Brooks’ false concerns about Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) are little more than partisan gamesmanship. The best way to judge a candidate’s support for Israel is his or her voting record. Since Obama entered the Senate, his record on Israel and security issues has been impeccable.
The concerns about Barack Obama are very real, and it is well known that actions speak far louder than words. Obama can say he is pro-Israel until he is blue in the face, but his actions lead us to question his sincerity. His spiritual mentor is the Israel-hater and racist Jeremiah Wright, who is on record as saying the following things.
White America got their wake-up call after 9-11. White America and the Western world came to realize people of color had not gone away, faded in the woodwork, or just disappeared as the Great White West kept on its merry way of ignoring black concerns.
Imagine what people would say, and rightly so, if any of the Republican candidates consorted with an individual, probably one in a sheet and hood, who said that “Negro America got its wake-up call after Hurricane Katrina,” noting that the disaster affected mostly Black people. Note also Jeremiah Wright’s implication that the people in the Twin Towers–”little Eichmanns,” perhaps, to use Ward Churchill’s terminology–did something to deserve it. Atlas Shrugs adds,
A FEW WEEKS AGO ON MSNBC SHOW WITH TUCKER CARLSON:
…CARLSON: Here is the Israeli thing, we were talking about this at the commercial break. This is quoting now the Reverend Wright: “The Israelis have illegally occupied Palestinian territories for over 40 years now. Divestment has now hit the table again as a strategy to wake the business community and wake up Americans concerning the injustice and the racism under which the Palestinians have lived because of Zionism.”
He compares Israel to South Africa repeatedly. He attacks Israel as a racist state.
Right, Barack Obama is pro-Israel. We think he and his friend Jeremiah Wright would be right at home at this weekend’s U.S. Campaign to End the Israeli Occupation (“occupation” = everything between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea) conference at George Mason’s University. Wright’s divestment agenda would fit right in with the U.S. Campaign to End the Israeli Occupation’s proposed international boycott of Israel.
Now let’s take a look at Jeremiah Wright’s “War on Iraq IQ Test“
46. Q: How many nuclear warheads has US got?
A: Over 10,00047. Q: Which is the only country to use nuclear weapons?
A: The US51. Q: Is Israel illegally occupying Palestinian land?
A: Yes52. Q: Which country do you think poses the greatest threat to global peace: Iraq [under Saddam Hussein] or the U.S.?
A: ????
This is the individual whom Barack Obama calls his spiritual mentor: a racist who accuses Israel of illegally occupying Palestinian land while equating the United States to Iraq under Saddam Hussein. Res ipsa loquitur, the thing speaks for itself, and it speaks a lot more loudly than Ira Forman’s taqqiya. Rudy Giuliani’s actions also speak far more loudly than words, and we are referring to his rejection of Al Waleed bin Talal’s offer of $10 million to New York City after the 9/11 attacks. New York could have used the $10 million to help fix the damage that Al Waleed bin Talal’s fellow Saudis caused when they crashed two passenger planes into the Twin Towers, but Giuliani regarded as unacceptable bin Talal’s condition that he say something about reassessing the “balance” of American policies toward Israel and “Palestine.” Rudy Giuliani stood on principle, and told Al-Waleed bin Talal where he could put his $10 million. In contrast, Georgetown University (aka Hoyastine or Hoyastan), the host for last year’s International Solidarity Movement conference, had no problem in taking $20 million from this same individual.
Barack Obama also accepted $60,000 from Israel-hater and American-hater George Soros and Soros’ family for his Senatorial campaign. This again speaks far more loudly than any lip service Obama can deliver to Israel, and, more importantly, it raises serious questions about his loyalty to the United States. We will take this opportunity to point out that American Jews should not support Israel because we are Jews. We should support Israel because Freedomhouse.org rates Israel “Free,” while giving its enemies no better than a “Partly Free rating.” Militant Islamic dictatorships like Saudi Arabia and Iran are rated as “Not Free,” and rightly so. Freedom is an American value, and all Americans should stand on the side of the world’s free countries.
The following pictures also speak a lot more loudly and clearly than anything the NJDC can say:

Bill of Materials for producing an Al Sharpton:
(1) One white supremacist and professional hate monger like David Duke (Klan) or Tom Metzger (White Aryan Nations)
(2) One Mike Nifong (makes false rape accusations for personal political gain)
(3) Dark skin pigmentCombine these items, and you’ve got Al Sharpton.
Sharpton’s National Action Network, the organization at which Obama, Edwards, and Clinton all appeared, behaved exactly like the Klan in attempting to run a Jewish store owner out of Harlem. The National Action Network, often led by Sharpton in person, paraded around Freddy’s Fashion Mart while screaming racial and anti-Semitic epithets (“bloodsucking Jew,” “white interloper,” “cracker,” “don’t give the Jew a dime,” “make the cracker suffer”) as well as arson threats. This is no different than the Ku Klux Klan parading around a Black-owned business while screaming the N word and telling the Negro inside what they will do to his store if he stays around. Sharpton, like disbarred prosecutor Mike Nifong, also made false accusations of rape, for which he was found civillly liable, in the Tawana Brawley scandal of 1988. More recently, a YouTube video shows Al Sharpton using the phrase “Jewing the numbers up and down.”
Ira Forman can shout Obama’s virtues until he is blue in the face, but the picture of Obama arm in arm with a prominent racist and anti-Semite speaks far more loudly, clearly, and decisively. The same goes for Hillary Clinton:

and John Edwards:

Res ipsa loquitur, the thing speaks for itself. So does the fact that Barack Obama accepted money from a fundraiser hosted by Allan Houston, who effectively called Jews “Christ Killers.”
Back in 2001, Houston and fellow Knick guard and so-called “God squad” mate Charlie Ward were jeered by fans after making statements Jewish groups deemed anti-Semitic. Though Ward was the most criticized (he said Jews had Jesus’s “blood on their hands” and were “stubborn” during a pre-game Bible study), Houston supported Ward’s notion that Jews were responsible for Christ’s death by whipping out his Palm Pilot to find the relevant scripture (Matthew 26:67) and said: “Then they spit in Jesus’ face and hit him with their fists.”
Perhaps Ira Forman would like to remind us “Christ killers” again why we are supposed to vote for Barack Hussein Obama? Last but not least, the National Jewish Democratic Council is itself a hate organization, noting its portrayal of Christians, Jesus, and Christian symbols in a “This is the Enemy” context. The following screenshots are from the Bubbie versus the GOP video that is still on NJDC’s Web site. We do not take exception to its portrayal of Republicans as stupid, incompetent, or a shadowy red-robed cabal, since that’s just politics. The following pictures, however, are clearly directed against Christians as opposed to Republicans.

According to the National Jewish Democratic Council, Jesus and the Rapture are part of the “problem.”

If someone used a Star of David in the indicated context, and various anti-Semitic hate groups do, we’d call the picture anti-Semitic. This picture is an anti-Christian hate image.

Another anti-Christian hate picture from “Bubbie versus the GOP.” Notice the cross in the center.
Ira Forman’s opinion piece adds,
The truth of the matter is that Jewish voters care about issues such as education, health care, the environment, protecting seniors, protecting children, Social Security, civil rights, civil liberties, gay and lesbian rights, reproductive choice, energy independence, stem-cell research, and maintaining a strong wall between church and state.
When Republicans attempt to ban funding for stem-cell research or debate who is sufficiently antichoice during presidential debates, Republicans lose Jewish votes.
We do not have a dog in the abortion fight, and we will not have one in that controversy unless someone goes so far as to propose a ban on abortion or to support elective partial birth abortions. Barack Obama went further by orchestrating the defeat of the Born Alive Infant Protection Act in Illinois, which would have made it illegal to kill babies that were born alive after late-term abortions. This will not only disqualify him with Pennsylvania’s sizeable pro-life Catholic community (which will also react negatively to the MoveOn.org photomanipulation of the Pope), no decent pro-choice person will put his or her name and reputation behind something as reprehensible as what Obama did.
Meanwhile, we support stem cell research, and we would indeed tend to oppose a Republican who wanted to ban stem cell research–but the bottom line is that, if the Democrats put up someone who consorts with, affirms, and endorses racists and anti-Semites like Al Sharpton, we won’t even bother to look at where the candidates stand on the specific issues. The instant someone poses arm in arm with someone in a sheet and hood, or with the Klan’s Negro equivalent, he or she pretty much closes the door on any further debate–and that is bad for the country. This is why someone like Pennsylvania’s Ed Rendell, or Connecticut’s Joe Lieberman, should enter the Democratic primaries while there is still time.
Take a look again at what Foreman says about Obama. He IS saying to judge him by his actions, which would be his voting record.
You can’t be taken seriously when you use such absurd hyperbole.
Laura,
If someone did a video in which rabbis and Stars of David were used in the context in which NJDC placed Christian ministers and Christian symbols in its Bubbie video, everyone here would call them anti-Semitic. Anti-Semites often replace the flag’s stars with Stars of David to suggest that Jews, ZOG, or whatever is taking over the United States. NJDC placed a cross in exactly the same context, with the same implication about Christians. That is no longer anti-Republican political rhetoric, it’s anti-Christian hate mongering.
It also encourages reciprocal anti-Semitism from Christians who, upon seeing these cartoons from a “Jewish” organization, do not realize that the NJDC is no more Jewish than the Ku Klux Klan is Christian, even though the Klan uses a cross with a red drop in the middle that symbolizes Jesus’ blood. A group that firebombs Negro churches obviously has nothing to do with anything that Jesus taught, or that any real Christian would recognize as Christian behavior. Anti-Christian hate propaganda has nothing to do with anything Jewish either, and we need to make it clear that NJDC speaks only for its own perverted and distorted view of “Judaism.”
Re: “rampant anti-Semitism, anti-Catholicism, and racism that pervades the Democratic Party at the national level.” Last year, Democratic Senate and House candidates continued to accept support from MoveOn.org despite the hate speech it sponsored against Jews and Catholics. Ned Lamont also consorted openly with Al Sharpton. As you see above, the three leading Democratic contenders for the Presidency are posing with, and therefore affirming, a racist and anti-Semite. If a Republican posed with David DuKKKe, you’d say in an instant that the Republican Party had a problem with racism, and you’d be right if the rest of the party did not repudiate the individual in question. I’m waiting for Democrats to repudiate Clinton, Obama, and Edwards.
I don’t approve of such actions, but I wouldn’t describe the NJDC as a hate group.
This is more a matter of cowardice on the part of the Dems not condemning sharpton and his ilk, for fear of alienating blacks.
Laura wrote,
The majority of African-Americans should regard this as an insult. Racists and other hate mongers appeal universally to the absolute dregs of the societies they claim to represent. There is a stereotype of Klansmen having cheap shoes, because they can’t afford any better. The fact that these Democrats went to Sharpton to “turn out the Black vote” suggests that they have a very low opinion of Black people in general. In fact, by posing with Sharpton, they may as well be calling Black people the N word, just as a candidate who posed with a Kluxer might as well call all Caucasians “white trash.”
Indeed.
Anti-Jewish cartoons that frequently appear in newspapers in Middle Eastern countries often assert that Jews control the United States.
