Immunizing Against Islam

Militant “Islam” is a deadly and communicable disease. It’s deadly because it kills people; the perpetrators of 9/11 were not chanting “Shma Yisrael,” “Jesus saves,” or “Hare Krishna” when they crashed airplanes full of innocent people into buildings full of more innocent people. It’s communicable because it spreads from one infected person to another. It is therefore no different than smallpox, Ebola, and bubonic plague, and it is time to treat it as the lethal and contagious disease that it is.
The suspects in Germany’s recent bombing plot included converts to Islam, and shoe bomber Richard Reid is a convert to Islam. “Home grown terrorist” also generally refers to a convert to Islam. This underscores our premise that militant “Islam” is both contagious and deadly, just like the Black Plague. Although the First Amendment says people have the right to practice any religion they want (including tree worship, sun worship, or praying to images of Marilyn Monroe as shown in the movie Tommy), it also says we have the right to expose militant “Islam” as the outright scam and self-serving fraud that it is.

The Muslim Student Association (MSA), which has chapters on many college campuses, is a major source of trouble. At Penn State University and Tufts University, the Muslim Student Association, with the aid of complicit faculty members and administrators, brought national discredit on these institutions by censoring student artwork and a student publication. In the case of Penn State, President Graham Spanier had to use his valuable time and prestige to undo the mess that Charles Garoian of the Visual Arts department and other complicit faculty members created for his institution.
You may have read that Professor Charles Garoian Director of the Visual Arts Department of the College of Arts & Architecture at Penn State cancelled the exhibition about the effects of terrorism on both Israeli and Palestinians in the argot of Orwellian newspeak that it ‘did not promote cultural diversity’ or ‘opportunities for democratic dialogue’ that touched off the uproar of controversy.
Muslim Student Association Vice President Heather Barton wrote that it was legally wrong to cancel [Josh Stulman's anti-terrorism] exhibit, but she thought Garoian should not suffer “any enormous consequences.”
“I personally feel very hurt and threatened by this exhibit, and I know that a lot of other Muslim and International students do too,” she wrote. “I definitely feel that this exhibit [threw] gasoline on the already burning fire of hate and ignorance towards Muslims and peoples of Middle Eastern origin.”
If this individual finds an exhibit that exposes and condemns terroristic violence hurtful and offensive, then she is part of the problem, and so is her organization. The Muslim Student Association can get over it, unlike the people who were burned to death by flaming aviation gasoline on 9/11. Again, the individuals who did that were not chanting “Shma Yisrael,” “Jesus saves,” or “Hare Krishna.” They were chanting to Allah, the phony creation of a desert bandit who wanted to convince his ignorant followers to murder and die for him. At Tufts University, meanwhile,
We previously reported how a Tufts University Committee on Student Life hearing condemned The Primary Source for “harassment and creating a hostile environment on campus through the publication of “Islam-Arabic Translation: Submission,” a commentary published in its April 11, 2007 edition that imitated the format of the MSA’s advertisement for events during Islamic Awareness Week.” The Primary Source and the Tufts Daily both allege that, during this hearing, Professor Barbara Grossman–a prominent Democratic Party donor–made remarks prejudicial to a fair hearing. She allegedly went so far as to compare the Primary Source’s criticism of affirmative action to “spray-painting a swastika on a synagogue.” Another CSL member stated that labeling Islam violent is unacceptable in any way, shape or form.
At Bucknell University, the following happened:
On August 29th , the Bucknell University Conservatives Club sent out a campus-wide e-mail announcing an upcoming speaker: Major John Krenson, who had been in Afghanistan “hunting terrorists.” Those two words–”hunting terrorists”–resulted in three students being called to Bucknell’s Office of the President by Kathy Owens, the Executive Assistant to the President.
According to the students, when they arrived at the President’s Office for the meeting, Ms. Owens held up a print-out of the offending e-mail and said “we have a problem here,” telling the students that the words “hunting terrorists” were offensive. For the next half-hour, the three students were given a lecture on inappropriate phrasing.
(When contacted, Ms. Owens did acknowledge that the meeting took place, but refused to answer any questions about what transpired. She did not deny the account of the students.)
The incidents at Penn State, Tufts University, and Bucknell underscore our conclusion that American universities are not only being infiltrated by jihadists (witness Al-Waleed bin Talal’s $20 million donation to Georgetown University, aka Hoyastine or Hoyastine, and Harvard), they are also populated by complicit faculty members and administrators. These professors and administrators, no matter how qualified and competent they are to teach their subjects and conduct original research, are, in our opinion, too often middle-aged adolescents who lack the character, maturity, and/or judgment to serve as role models for impressionable students. Rabbi Seidler Feller’s physical attack on pro-Israel speaker Rachel Neuwirth is an extreme example of said lack of character, maturity, and judgment, but we also place the abuse of a university’s authority to silence a publication or cancel an exhibit in this category. Now we come to our next subject: Mohammed’s Islam was not a valid religion, it was a self-serving lie whose sole purpose was to get Mohammed’s followers to murder others and to die for Mohammed.
One does not have to believe that Jesus was the son of God to agree with this picture. It is a matter of historical fact that Jesus’ teachings were peaceful and altruistic. Jesus never told his followers to kill or enslave people, or to wage war and bring him his share of the spoils (including female slaves for his personal sexual gratification). While Jesus had no use for material wealth, Mohammed was a merchant as well as a murderous bandit.
After each major battle with the Medinans, Muhammad accused one of the Jewish tribes of treachery (see Surah 2:100) and attacked it. After Badr, Muhammad beseiged the Banu Qaynuqa and forced their surrender. He wanted to put all the men to death, but was convinced not to do so by Abdullah ibn Ubayy, who was an old ally of the Qaynuqa. Instead, he expelled them from Medina with their families and possessions. After Uhud, he did the same to the Banu Nadir. After the Battle of the Trench in 627, the Muslims accused the Jews of Banu Qurayza of conspiring with the Meccans, then beheaded the adult male members of the Banu Qurayza. The females and children were sold as slaves. 
In other words, Islam 1.0, or Islam as Mohammed taught it, includes “Kill the men, rape the women, and sell the children.” This practice was admittedly far from unique to Islam until the end of the Renaissance. “Now go and smite Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have, and spare them not; but slay both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and ass,” is from the Book of Samuel. Under contemporary standards, however, the ancient Hebrews were little better or worse than their neighbors like the Assyrians, Romans, and so on. Alexander the Great razed a city while enslaving its inhabitants. Athens, the cradle of democracy, did the same to the neutral Melians, and the Romans’ destruction of Carthage was a paragon of what we now call “ethnic cleansing.” Catholics under the command of Count Tilly razed Magdeburg and killed five out of every six inhabitants during the Thirty Years War. “Kill them all; God will recognize his own,” is from Arnald-Amalric, who couldn’t tell which captives from the city of Beziers were Catholics and which were Cathars. These practices are, however, not the foundations of anything that modern Jews or Christians would acknowledge as their religion. Only militant Muslims act that way today.
Furthermore, Mohammed and his followers have a long track record of manipulating their ignorant followers into killing and dying for them. The Old Man of the Mountains who ran the Assassins (hashisheen, hashish-users) gave his followers hashish, and then put them in a garden full of beautiful and compliant women. He told them they were in Paradise, and they would go there forever if they died in his service. While medieval Popes promised Crusaders something similar, no Christians behave that way today. Only the Islamic world behaves that way today.
“Ahmadinejad’s Demons” by Matthias Küntzel adds:
During the Iran-Iraq War, the Ayatollah Khomeini imported 500,000 small plastic keys from Taiwan. The trinkets were meant to be inspirational. After Iraq invaded in September 1980, it had quickly become clear that Iran’s forces were no match for Saddam Hussein’s professional, well-armed military. To compensate for their disadvantage, Khomeini sent Iranian children, some as young as twelve years old, to the front lines. There, they marched in formation across minefields toward the enemy, clearing a path with their bodies. Before every mission, one of the Taiwanese keys would be hung around each child’s neck. It was supposed to open the gates to paradise for them.
This should underscore the fact that Islam 1.0 is not a religion at all. It is a structure in which manipulative demagogues like the Ayatollah Khomeini, the Old Man of the Mountains, and the Chief Mufti of the Palestinian Police can manipulate superstitious and dirt-ignorant followers into killing and dying for them.
The Koran itself, and we have read a good quarter or third of it, consists of meandering and often contradictory ravings that could easily have come from a lunatic like the Roman Emperor Caligula. Its statements about Hebrew patriarchs and Jesus being Muslims were obviously designed to get Jews and Christians to convert to Islam, while the hate speech against Jews and Christians was exclusively for consumption by Mohammed’s followers. This differs little from Yasser Arafat’s practice of making contradictory statements in English and Arabic. The Palestinians knew that anything he said in English was for consumption by us infidels and kafirs, while everything he said in Arabic was for the Palestinians. It’s conceivable that Arafat got the idea for this two-faced dealing from the Koran itself. In any event, the so-called “holy” book of Islam contradicts itself in many places, so the idea that it was divinely inspired, or indeed inspired by anything besides Mohammed’s personal greed and violent ambitions, should defy belief.
It is also a fact, however, that modern Muslims have created a new religion, which we shall call “Islam 2.0,” by removing all the violent and hateful material from the Koran to leave only the positive aspects. These include the umma, or community, in which people should treat one another like brothers and sisters. We have no problems or quarrel whatsoever with Islam 2.0 or its followers. Islam 2.0 is not, however, Mohammed’s Islam, also known as Islam 1.0, Islamofascism, or militant “Islam.”
Islam 1.0: A Religion for Ignorant and Primitive Savages
It is inconceivable that any thinking Jew, Christian, agnostic, or athiest could possibly convert to Islam. Although some Islamic countries, perhaps following “Islam 1.5,” had a golden age of science and art during early medieval times, the Islamic world has contributed almost nothing of value to civilization since.
During the Middle Ages, one was often better off with a Muslim or Jewish doctor than a Christian one, because Muslims and Jews understood better than most Christians the need for cleanliness and hygiene. This was probably why they did not get the Black Plague as much as their Christian neighbors and, since they didn’t get the plague, the Christians often blamed them for causing it. However, the Islamic world’s last significant contribution to medical science came in the early 18th century, when the Turks adopted a rudimentary innoculation for smallpox. Europe adopted it from the Turks, and used it until Edward Jenner’s safer cowpox-based vaccine superseded it. Ever since 1500 or so, the Islamic world’s science has stagnated while the Judeo-Christian world’s science outpaced it.
The reason is simple, even if the Islamic world doesn’t want to hear it. People who read books tend to be far better educated than those who burn books. The Ottoman Empire, the most advanced Islamic country on earth, did not introduce the printing press until the early 18th century.
For a long time, however, movable type printing rather remained the business of Europeans, working from within the confines of their colonies. Ignorance and religious reasons seemed to be among the reasons for the slow adoption of the printing press by indigenous peoples. Thus, printing remained prohibited in the Ottoman empire between 1483 and 1727, initially even on death penalty.
At the very moment [Thomas] Aquinas was telling his fellow Europeans how faith and reason could coexist, his Iranian counterpart, the leading Arab philosopher Ghazzali, concluded that the treasure of ancient texts represented social dynamite. The study of science and philosophy, he wrote, was harmful because it would shake man’s faith in God and undermine the Muslim religion. Accordingly, the ruling caliph of Baghdad, to demonstrate his piety, ordered the burning of all manuscripts in the city’s great library. [This was in an era when books were frightfully expensive because they had to be reproduced by hand.] Muslim scientists, tightly controlled by the ruling theocracies, had access to the ancient science texts, but were ordered to use any of the knowledge they gained only for religious purposes (Ernest Volkman, Science Goes to War, p. 60).
It is therefore no surprise that the Islamic world’s last significant military victory over Christian Europe took place at Constantinople (1453), and that was against a decrepit and deteriorating empire whose politics and bureacracy were literally Byzantine in nature. When the Turks took on Christian Europe 119 years later, at Lepanto in 1572, it was quite obvious that Western military science was better. The Turkish fleet was annihilated by technologically superior warships from Venetian shipyards. Even though the individual Turkish soldier was usually better trained than his European counterpart, European science and discipline rendered the Turk’s skill at arms largely irrelevant.
The argument that the Islamic world is backward because of Euro-American imperialism, colonialism, racism, and so on is utter nonsense, as proven by Japan’s record. Japan was, until the mid-19th century, a feudal island without good roads, steam engines, modern weapons, or even many wheeled vehicles. Its economy was based primarily on labor-intensive rice farming and fishing, and its rulers were samurai who could technically cut any peasant’s head off for looking at him the wrong way. When Commodore Perry showed up with a steam-powered warship, enough Japanese realized that they had to change their society that they did, although it took a civil war to overthrow the samurai.
Japan, which is relatively poor in minerals and even farmland, is now among the richest nations on earth because of its adoption of Euro-American industrial methods. Saudi Arabia, despite its oil wealth, manufactures almost nothing while importing all its automobiles, weapons, and probably everything else with two or more moving parts. If its oil wealth vanished tomorrow, or if someone–probably in Israel, Europe, or the United States–made a technological breakthrough in controlled nuclear fusion, the House of Saud would have to go back to riding camels and living in tents as soon as its accumulated wealth ran out. This is because the Saudis know only how to live off their oil wealth. They don’t know how to manufacture anything, and they are certainly not as good as American or Israeli farmers at growing things.
Furthermore, the Arab world still burns books (or at least doesn’t print them):
Newspapers in the Arab world circulate at less than one fifth of the rate in developed countries. Only 1.6 percent has Internet access. Arabic books represent less than 1 percent of the world’s production (with a predominance of religious books), even though Arabs make up 5 percent of world population (Trudy Rubin, “Arabs’ best stragegy: reform from within,” Wilkes-Barre Times-Leader, 12/28/03).
Ted Belman’s “Who Needs Israel, Anyway?” adds,
The Weizmann Institute of Science has been voted “the best university in the world for life scientists to conduct research.” Israeli researchers have:
* Discovered the molecular trigger that causes psoriasis.
* Developed the Ex-Press shunt to provide relief for glaucoma sufferers.
* Unveiled a blood test that diagnoses heart attacks … by telephone!
* Found a combination of electrical stimulation and chemotherapy that makes cancerous metastases disappear – and developed the first fully computerized, no-radiation, diagnostic instrumentation for breast cancer!
* Designed the first flight system to protect passenger and freighter aircraft against missile attack.
* Developed the first ingestible video camera – so small it fits inside a pill – used to view the small intestine from the inside, enabling doctors to diagnose cancer and digestive disorders!
* Perfected a new device that directly helps the heart pump blood, an innovation with the potential to save lives among those with congestive heart failure, synchronizing the heart’s mechanical operations through a sophisticated system of sensors.
While Israeli researchers “developed the Ex-Press shunt to provide relief for glaucoma sufferers,” the Saudis do the following (note the word “Sharia”):
The Greater Shari`a Court of Dammam sentenced Puthan Veettil `Abd ul-Latif Noushad, an Indian citizen, to be punished by having his right eye gouged out in retribution for his role in a brawl in April 2003 in which a Saudi citizen was injured. A court of appeal in Riyadh has reportedly merely asked whether the Saudi man would accept monetary compensation instead. …Saudi Arabia and Iran are the only known countries that consider eye-gouging a legitimate judicial punishment.
While Euro-American microsurgeons have figured out how to reattach severed limbs, the Saudis still cut off hands as punishment for theft. It is therefore no surprise that the militant Islamic world resents the Judeo-Christian world the way a dirt-ignorant, illiterate, and whisky-swilling Ku Klux Klansman resents a college educated African-American. The Kluxer can use the N word all he wants, but he knows that it is his own defects in character, ambition, and industry that puts him in a leaking run-down trailer while the Black person lives in good neighborhood. The same goes for militant “Muslims” who call Jews and Christians infidels, kafirs, and unbelievers. Since their inferior and dysfunctional culture can’t possibly raise itself to our level, they seek to drag us down to theirs by trying to Islamicize our country while crashing airplanes that they could never even dream of building themselves into skyscrapers that remind them every day of the inferiority of their mud hut “civilization.”
We must also give due credit to the Hindu and Asian worlds. India is industrializing rapidly, while even China’s dictators encourage scientific if not political thought among their subjects. Even the Soviet Union, despite all its economic and human rights problems, was superior to the militant Islamic world in its desire to foster scientific growth. This was doubtlessly because the Communists were, despite all their faults, the product of Euro-American and not Islamic culture.
(1) We distinguish up front between Islam 1.0 (Mohammed’s demented, violent, and self-serving ravings) and Islam 2.0, an evolution in which Islam stood on its hind legs by purging itself of the Koran’s hateful and violent material to leave only the positive elements. Most Muslim-Americans and Turks follow Islam 2.0, although one out of every seven young American Muslims is a dangerous security risk. This underscores the reasonableness and necessity of exposing the foundations of Islam itself as Mohammed’s self-serving scam.
(2) Most of the Islamic world still practices Islam 1.0, as shown by its rampant illiteracy and the dearth of books from that part of the world.
(3) Islam 1.0 is the only so-called religion to advocate mindless terroristic violence. The gray-bearded mullahs and imams who tell their followers that dying for Allah will earn them entrance to Paradise and seventy-two dark-eyed virgins did not become gray-bearded mullahs by following their own advice. The fact that thousands of suicide bombers and wannabees can’t figure this out shows just how ignorant and credulous they are, and they are products of the Islamic societies that produced them.
(4) The Islamic world has contributed almost nothing of value to Civilization since the early 18th century, while almost all advances in medicine and the sciences have come from Euro-American countries. Note that Japan and many other Asian countries are now Euro-American in character, and this is why our streets are full of Toyotas, Hondas, and Nissans.
(5) Although resource-poor Japan is among the world’s richest nations because of its ability to transform raw materials into manufactured goods, the oil-rich Islamic world must import anything more complex than the swords and knives that it uses for hand-chopping and eye-gouging.
Judaism, Christianity, and Hinduism are all religions that teach people how to live together in harmony, and how to treat each other with decency and respect. Buddhism is a system of self-improvement and enlightenment that contains similar lessons, while Taoism and Confucisim are philisophical systems that underscore a leader’s duty to serve his or her followers. Only Mohammed’s Islam is a self-serving scam that calls upon the followers to kill and die for a so-called leader who claims to represent God. Mohammed’s Islam is a deadly and contagious disease, and education is the vaccine that will stop its spread.
