God BLESS America, McCain ’08

Obama wins Democratic nomination. God damn BLESS America, McCain ’08
by Bill Levinson

The Democratic superdelegates have seen fit to play a sick practical joke on the American people by throwing their party’s nomination to an individual who is totally unqualified for any position of public trust or responsibility. Barack Hussein Obama’s outstanding speaking voice qualifies him to record books on CD or perhaps serve as a radio personality, but he lacks both the competence and personal character to hold public office. His actions overwhelm any words his powerful, melodic, and mesmerizing voice may deliver to his adoring and adulating groupies, and these actions include a twenty year membership in a racist organization whose leader called upon God to damn America. Our response is clear, short, and unequivocal: “God BLESS America, McCain ’08!”

It says so in the Scriptures.

Sergeant Obadiah Hakeswill, in Bernard Cornwell’s Sharpe series

Obadiah Hakeswell, a “liar, a thief, a rapist, and a murderer–that’s not a man, take it away” per Richard Sharpe, appended “Says so in the Scriptures” to many of his opinions. This did not go over well with Hector McCandless, a Scottish colonel and devout Presbyterian who knew the scriptures backward and forward. In any event, Barack and Michelle Obama’s pastor of twenty years might do well to adopt this as his own motto.

The government gives them the drugs, builds bigger prisons, passes a three-strike law and then wants us to sing ‘God Bless America.’ No, no, no, God damn America, that’s in the Bible for killing innocent people. God damn America for treating our citizens as less than human. God damn America for as long as she acts like she is God and she is supreme.

    Jeremiah Wright, 2003

“God damn America” is in the scriptures, eh, Jeremiah? You can stick this in your scriptures, Jeremiah: God BLESS America, McCain ’08! Now let’s address Wright’s slander of our country. Since when does the government distribute illegal drugs? Since when does the United States, which has the highest possible civil rights rating from Freedom House, treat its citizens as less than human? The United States is supreme not because it acts like God, but because it upholds the natural rights of its people–i.e. in accordance with God’s laws from a religious perspective. This is where we and our Christian friends share common ground, and we will stand on that ground with our Christian friends against our common enemies at MoveOn.org, the National Jewish Democratic Council, and George Soros’ pervasive network of social and political control groups.

We bombed Hiroshima, we bombed Nagasaki, and we nuked far more than the thousands in New York and the Pentagon, and we never batted an eye. We have supported state terrorism against the Palestinians and black South Africans, and now we are indignant because the stuff we have done overseas is now brought right back to our own front yards. America’s chickens are coming home to roost.

Jeremiah Wright, Sept. 16, 2001; five days after the most horrific crime in the United States’ history

This is where Barack Obama’s pastor is coming from, and it is probably where Barack Obama is coming from. Would Obama have used nuclear weapons on Japan, or would he have killed perhaps a quarter of a million Americans and four or five times as many Japanese, including civilians, in a conventional invasion? Would Obama have even asked Congress to declare war after the Pearl Harbor attack, or would he have sought a “non-military response,” as his backer Eli Pariser of MoveOn.org wanted in the aftermath of 9/11? We do not want to take a chance on Obama refusing, for example, to authorize the release of nuclear weapons in response to a nuclear, chemical, or biological attack on the United States. In terms of national security, the retired Navy Captain with the distinguished service record is a sure thing while Obama is a wildly dangerous bet. God BLESS America, McCain ’08.

In one of the “Planet of the Apes” books, mutants who live under New York City worship a nuclear bomb. Part of their liturgy goes, “May the blessings of the Holy Fallout descend on you.” A lampoon of the story has one of the astronauts reply, “I sure hope we’re not here for one of your High Holy Days!” While the “services” at Barack and Michelle Obama’s church are not quite as extreme as worship of a nuclear missile, the sermons are not what one would expect to find in any normal church that preaches tolerance, love of fellow human beings, or any of Jesus’ other principles.

There were a whole lot of white people crying!

Father Michael Pfleger, Sunday “sermon” at Barack and Michelle Obama’s church.

We thank God for the message, and we thank God for the messenger.

Otis Moss, Barack and Michelle Obama’s new pastor, in response to Pfleger’s “sermon.”

Barack and Michelle Obama worship a God who delights in the tears of white people, at least according to Michael Pfleger and Otis Moss, who affirmed Pfleger’s hate speech. Says so in the scriptures, does it? Our answer to Pfleger and Moss: God BLESS America, McCain ’08!

The God whom Barack and Michelle Obama worship also hates Jews, Catholics, and white people in general if we are to judge from their church’s promotion of Louis “the Pope is the Antichrist” Farrakhan. Their God of hate is not one that any decent person of any religion will acknowledge, so we say again, “God BLESS America, McCain ’08!”

Even though we do not subscribe to Jesus’ theology, his principles as to how people should treat each other are universal to all legitimate religions. Jesus threw the money changers out of the Temple, and there is little doubt that he would throw Jeremiah Wright, Michael Pfleger, and Pfleger’s enabler Otis Moss out of the Trinity United Church of Christ. The difference between TUCC and “Where’s Waldo?” is that Waldo can actually be found in the “Where’s Waldo?” pictures, while Jesus’ message of tolerance and love for ALL fellow human beings is conpicuously absent from Barack and Michelle Obama’s church. The following screen shots, whose copying and distribution we encourage, say more about Barack and Michelle Obama’s true religious beliefs than any conceivable words.

Hey Barry, is this what the God you worship at Trinity United Church of Christ teaches you about respect for other people’s religions?
Obama and MoveOn PAC

We won’t say it’s in the Scriptures because it isn’t, but it’s plain common sense: God BLESS America, McCain 2008!

Not to mention, usurping the will of the party’s own voters. Does such a corrupt party with such a corrupt primary process deserve to run this country? I think not.

It saddens me to read the vitriolic comment just made above!
FDR won WWII and got us (my familyh and me) out of the Depression.
Truman recognized the state of Israel 11 minutes after statehood declared
Bush got us into a war based on a lie and a4 thousand of our military have been killed

    McCaion?
“Still in Louisiana today, following his epic speech in Kenner last night, John McCain was asked by a local reporter why he had voted against creating a federal commission to investigate the Katrina disaster.

McCain’s response? “I’ve supported every investigation and ways of finding out what caused the tragedy. . . .”

The problem is that’s just not true. He voted against such a commission — twice.”

Saddam Hussein paid to the families of suicide bombers that blew himself up, taking Israeli men, women and children to an undeserved grave. For a Jewish mind set, I believe the taking out of that tyrant and his coharts was the right thing to do and if asking the majority of troops who have served there if it was right, they will answer yes. David Still, put that in your pipe and shoke on it.

davidstill has to go back at least 50 years to find something good to say about the stalinists.

Bush got us into a just (albeit the necessity is open to question) war in which four thousand soldiers have died in five years.

Woodrow Wilson got us into a totally mindless war against an enemy whose weapons and soldiers were at least as good as ours, in which more than a hundred thousand American soldiers were killed in less than two years.

FDR also sent Jewish refugees back to Nazi Germany where they were killed, trampled on the Constitution by threatening to pack the U.S. Supreme Court, put Japanese-American citizens in concentration camps, helped turn Eastern Europe over to the Soviets (thus leading to the Cold War and the potential of a nuclear holocaust), and created the Social Security pyramid scheme that is now on the verge of collapse. Hirohito and Tojo, not FDR, got us out of the Depression by creating a sudden labor shortage along with millions of wartime jobs (which also got a lot of women into the workforce, with subsequent “equal pay for equal work”). December 7–depression. Monday, December 8–so many jobs that price and wage controls were soon needed!

Some people say that Bush is our worst President, but he must stand in line behind:
    Woodrow Wilson (see above)
    FDR (see above)
Lyndon Johnson (messed up the Vietnam War)
    Jimmy Carter
James Buchanan and his predecessor (acts of omission allowed the Civil War)
Bill Clinton, if he really did allow Mainland China to buy missile technology that is now aimed at us

Had Gore been elected in 2000, or Kerry in 2004, we would have two more losers for the list.

America is Rome and will be destroyed. Come to Israel before that day.

  7. davidstill says:

Truman recognized Israel…but he is a Dem, so no good! FDR et al did little for the Jews, right. But iot was only the dictator Trujillo of Dominican Republic who took in Jews who fled the Nazis. A dictator did this.
The reponses are cliche: if you are a Dem, you are automatically no good. Sure. Hoover would have fixed the Depression . The war did help to end a recession that was building, but it was the Axis who initiated the war. And big biz opposed every move FDR made. Don’t like the guy? why then accept medicare, social security, etc etc?
Truman integrated the armed forces–I know. I was in them when they were not integrated and in again when they were. LBÔ ended segregation in the South. But that too no good, right?
Here is a zinger: all the presidents since 48, both parties, say Jerusalem should be capital of Israel. Having saild this, what has happened?

  8. davidstill says:

don’t like Arabs and their oil money. Well here is what the GOP is now doing to mortgage America! and this means a lot of Arab control over American future

  9. David Still,

I didn’t say I disliked Harry Truman, I said I disliked FDR. Social Security is a criminally fraudulent pyramid scheme, which is why it is running out of money. It was popular at the time, just like most pyramid schemes that work well up front.

If LBJ helped end segregation, that’s good. His policies also got tens of thousands of men killed because he wouldn’t fight the Vietnam War the way the U.S. fought World War II, i.e. to win.

Admittedly, we can find fault with all our Presidents and leaders. Our money, working from the $1.00 bill up, has pictures of:
    (1) A slave owner (although his will freed them)
    (2) A racist (although he opposed slavery)
    (3) An unsuccessful duelist
    (4) A successful duelist
    (5) A man with a drinking problem
    (6) A man who fathered at least one illegitimate child

  10. VinceP1974 says:

Truman recognized Israel…but he is a Dem, so no good!

Truman bucked his State Department and was on his own recongizing Israel and he did so specifically because of his Christian upbringing.. nothing about being a Dem contributed to his ignoring all his Administration’s urging him not to recongize Israel.

  11. Laura says:

davidstill, the democratic party of today does not remotely resemble the democratic party of FDR and Truman who defeated nazi Germany and Japan.

  12. Laura says:

In fact today’s democrats are an obamination.

  13. yamit82 says:

Enough with the Truman groupies, He gave recognition which passed the UN but we didn’t need the UN approval to begin with and then he embargoes weapons to Israel and passed or enforced laws making it a felony for Americans to help fight with Israel. He recognition served an internal political purpose and his embargo of Israel underlined his belief and hope that Israel would be destroyed. They found later blatant antisemitic remarks in his published diaries after he passed away. FDR just did what was natural for Christians, help to kill Jews or at least not to help or save them. The most powerful and popular President ever could have done anything he wished in spite of any opposition, he choose to ignore for as long as possible the Jewish problem. I would venture that the Only President that had a positive record re: Israel and the Jews was Nixon, and that was not because he was a Judiophile but for sound strategic American narrow Interests.

It appears most here are not students of History.
