Wikipedia states that the image may still be under copyright, but it is apparently owned by the National Socialist Democratic Party (Nazis). The Nazi Party is outlawed in Germany so we do not think it is in any position to assert its rights to this image, which seems to describe Barack Obama’s health care plan–cuts in Medicare, rationing of health care according to a “complete life” standard, and so on more and more every day.
