Barack Obama Sponsored Equivalent of Holocaust Denial
Barack Obama’s Web site: Hitler was right about Jews, U.S. may have destroyed Twin Towers on 9/11

We previously described how Barack Obama appointed Van Jones, the equivalent of a Holocaust denier, to the position of “Green Jobs Czar.” Holocaust denial and its equivalent, 9/11 denial, are in fact characteristic of Mr. Obama’s political allies.
Classical Holocaust denial, of course, consists of denying that Hitler murdered Jews (and others) because of their religion or ethnicity. Holocaust deniers say that there were no gas chambers, and that the “Holohoax” is a means for Jews to extort money from Germany and the rest of the world. Other equally repugnant forms of historical revisionism, however, include saying that the victims did “something” to deserve it, blaming somebody other than the known perpetrator, or saying that the victims were themselves the perpetrators. George Orwell’s “1984″ underscored the dangers of historical revisionism because whoever controls the past (i.e. what people believe is the past) controls the future.
Here are the basic categories of historical revisionism, in accordance with Orwell’s statement, “He who controls the present, controls the past. He who controls the past, controls the future.”
(1) It didn’t happen.
Classic Holocaust denial consists of deriding Hitler’s genocidal activities as the “holohoax,” claiming there were no gas chambers, and so on.
(2) The victims did something to deserve it.
Ward Churchill does not deny that terrorists murdered 3000 Americans on September 11, 2001 but his depiction of the victims as “little Eichmanns” suggests that the people who were burned to death in the Twin Towers did “something” to deserve it–an assertion similar to that that a rape victim did something, like dressing provocatively, to deserve being raped. Barack Obama’s supporters at MoveOn.org suggest similarly that Germany’s Jews did “something” to provoke the Nazis into gassing them and putting them into crematoria.
The Jews have 9,000 prisoners the Arabs have 3.
It’s the Jews that are trying to push the Arabs into the sea by occupying and annexing their land, bulldozing refugee camps and orchards.
The Jews are killing the Arabs on a ratio of 10 to 1.
The Palestinians live in a prison, no way in or out without passing through an abusive Jewish guard gate.
The Jews demand that the Pals. disarm prior to any negotiating of what if anything they’ll get back. That is called begging not negotiating.
Nearly 3/4 of the entire Jewish population was exterminated. If you can’t tell us why, We are stuck with logic and commonsense.
I’m saying Jews instead of Israelis because I read the Israeli newspapers, the “Israeli Lobby” papers and have seen the House vote 410-8 in support Israel while the UN typically votes 191-4 against Israel. Also the billions in aid and military equipment are conspicuous. The world court unanimously voted against Israel.
By blaming Hitler you don’t have to face the truth.
I will stop condemning Jews when they become acclimated with all people.
Stop professing to know and start reading.

(3) Somebody other than the known perpetrator did it.
During the Second World War, the Soviet Union massacred thousands of Polish prisoners in the Katyn forest. The Soviets then pretended to find the murdered Poles, and proclaimed that the Germans had done it. It is admittedly difficult to sympathize with Germany in this case because, given Nazi racial attitudes toward Poles, the Nazis would probably have committed the massacre if they had had the opportunity. On the other hand, knowledge of the truth about Katyn might have encouraged the Allies to stop sending Russia military assistance through Murmansk, stand idle while the Soviets and Nazis killed one another, and only then moved to finish off whichever was left standing. This would have saved millions of lives during the next three or so decades.
(4) The so-called victims did it to themselves
The original version of this story is the proposition that Franklin Roosevelt allowed Japan to bomb Pearl Harbor so he could get the United States into the Second World War. We have no use for Roosevelt, who created the Social(ist) Security Ponzi-Madoff scheme, threatened to overthrow the Constitution by packing the U.S. Supreme Court, sent Jewish refugees back to Nazi Germany, put Japanese-American citizens in concentration camps, and then sold out Eastern Europe at Yalta. On the other hand, the proposition that he allowed the destruction of America’s Pacific Fleet is so outrageous as to defy belief. The truth is that, although Pearl Harbor had a rudimentary radar system, it was not part of an integrated air defense system, and the Japanese planes were at first thought to be American bombers. Anti-Semites meanwhile contend that Zionists allowed or even helped perpetrate the Holocaust to force European Jews to move to Israel.
Most forms of 9/11 Denial claim that the United States (some blame Israel and/or Jews) perpetrated the terrorist attacks, or allowed them to happen. Barack Obama’s appointee Van Jones signed this letter that suggests that the United States was complicit in the murder of 3000 of its own citizens, and comments of this nature appeared very frequently at MoveOn.org’s moderated Action Forum (i.e. under the editorial control of MoveOn.org, with disagreeable material censored by the moderators).

Chris Parks. I have a DVD titled: In Plane Site, which focuses on the evidence of the events of September 11, 2001: Building 7 going down for no apparent reason, controlled demolition explosions in the main towers and some of the same things on the Barrie Zwicker video link from your blog. I also saw a program on the History channel showing both sides of the issue, with experts explaining things away in rebuttal to the people accusing the US government of this covert operation. I even mailed a copy of the DVD In Plane Site to Michelle Obama. I received no acknowledge that Michelle even received it. I feel rather certain that the Cheney Administration is not telling us the truth. In speeches that I heard Barack Obama give, it is clear that Barack is going along with the official story that bin Laden orchestrated the events of September 11.
This moderator-approved entry at Barack Obama’s Web site accuses the United States government of perpetrating 9/11, and it is far from the only such example.

Dear 9/11 Truth supporters:
I am calling for your help to call upon our most promising candidate for President of the United States of America, Barack Obama, to listen to the voices of the American people concerning the truth about 9/11.
We must ask him to read the reseach papers, watch the videos, and educate himself on the truth about 9/11 and what REALLY happened that day.
So much is at stake.
If the truth of 9/11 and the truth behind the Iraq War are not uncovered, then we will have lived the rest of our lives knowing that a President of the United States had gotten away with murder and that absolutely NOTHING was done about it.

Barack Obama cannot claim that his campaign did not know about these entries because his moderators were very diligent in finding and removing material critical of Obama, such as referenced quotes from “Dreams From My Father.” The moderators saw the entries above (and these were far from the only ones like them), found them acceptable, and allowed them to stand. Barack Obama therefore not only appointed the equivalent of a Holocaust denier to his administration, he allowed the equivalent of Holocaust deniers to use his official Web site to spew their poisonous allegations about 9/11 and to say that Hitler was right about Jews.
Obama’s cherished mentor was Jeremiah Wright, whose view of Jews parallels that of his best friend Louis Farrakahn.
In his Cairo speech, Obama equated the Holocaust (six million dead) with the “plight” of the Palestinians (three thousand dead).
He refuses to stop Iran from attaining nuclear weapons that the mullahs have publicly stated are intended to eliminate Israel, and he refuses to let Israel stop them.
You don’t have to be Maimonides to figure this one out.
Obama’s antipathy towards the Jewish people is so blatant that it is recognized by everyone except mental defectives and liberal Hebrews.

Barak HUSSEIN Obama has a cast of characters surrounding him and thanks to FOX News they are being exposed.
The liberal left media is in bed with him, in fact Barak is going to make the rounds of the various networks with the excepton of FOX to try to sell his health plan. What a turkey. He is definetly anti-Semitic.
Israel needs to employ a good PR firm to bring the truth to the American people. Most Americans are not getting the truth about the plight of the Israelis.
The media plays down the terrorist attacks of Hamas and Hizbullah, not even mentioning that the rockets are targeting schools. On the other hand when Israel defends herself, there is an outcry from this same media accusing Israel of war crimes.
Then the likes of Obama and Jimmy (the peanut) Carter support Hamas, how discusting.
The last encounter with Hamas, the Israeli government should have left the IDF’s run Hamas out of Gaza into the sea or Egypt. Then turn off all the utilities until the inhabitants clean up any outstanding terrorist.
Let the truth be heard.

i don’t think “truthers’ are the same as holocaust denial. to equate them is to diminish the shoah, which i don’t think is your intention at all.
ozero has much more bad credentials than simply appointing this jackass van jones.

In my book, “truthers” who question whether Al Qaida murdered 3000 Americans on 9/11 are exactly the same class of scum that question whether Hitler murdered six million Jews (and millions of other people). The number of victims is obviously different but the behavior–excusing, writing off, explaining away, denying, or blaming on somebody other than the known perpetrator–is identical and it deserves the same opprobrium. I will add that Abraham Foxman (ADL) came one step short of Holocaust denial–I say one step short because he did not actually deny that the Ottoman Empire slaughtered more than a million Armenians in 1915–when he intervened against Congressional recognition of that atrocity.
Hitler cited the world’s indifference to the Armenian genocide when he announced his plans to exterminate all Poles, and his reasoning doubtlessly extended to Jews. Abraham Foxman therefore contributed to exactly the conditions that Hitler cited when he said he could get away with genocide. If the “truthers” say that Al Qaida did not perpetrate 9/11, or that the U.S. Government participated, or that it didn’t happen (rather difficult given the missing World Trade Center, but there are plenty of Holocaust deniers who say there were no gas chambers or crematoria) it similarly encourages terrorists to believe that they can get away with the next 9/11, Ma’alot massacre, or Mumbai massacre.

bill, theoretically i understand what you say. but no, 3,000 americans does not equal 6,000,000 jews.
further the proportionate amount of jews killed to the overall population vs same with america is staggering.
lastly 3,000 americans is not the same as a 2,000 year history of edom/the west murdering us, culminating in the nazis. and, the nazi intention was to kill all the jews in the world.
what happenned on 9-11 and those deniers deserve our full condemnation. but it is not fair, accurate or helpful to compare it to holocaust denial without adequate qualifiers such as i listed.

The magnitude of the atrocities differ, but Bill is right regarding the motivation of those who deny the truth about each crime.
Holocaust deniers and Truthers are cut from the same malevolent cloth, and have identical motives.
Their goal is to rewrite history to facilitate a repetition of the very history they so cynically deny.
Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and Van Jones are philosophical twins.

More than 6,000,000 Jews were sentenced to death for no crime committed, for just being Jewish. How sad and sickening is that?
I have asked a number of times and yet no one has been able to tell me what the Jews did to be so hated. I don’t want to hear the old argument Jews killed Jesus. This is not true. Christ was sentenced to death by a mob incited by a few who I don’t believe wanted Him to be put to death, rather scare Him off. But, as we know what can happen when a incidted mob gets out of control. A census was not taken throughout Israel asking if He should die. Other than those at the immediate site (I would bet the farm that there weren’t many) no other Jews ever knew what was taking place.
Let’s bury this argument once and for all.

OMGD! I can’t believe this paper would put the location of a Jewish Winery in Israel as “ISREALI-OCCUPIED GOLAN HEIGHTS.” I guess Hezbollah is writing the headlines in St. Petersburg these days?
This isn’t Al Arabia, this is the St. Petersburg Times in St. Petersburg, Florida. Seriously folks—this is a really big issue . . . And, on a story about Rosh Hashanna, it smacks of anti-Semitism in a REALLY BIG WAY.
I think everyone needs to take a few minutes of their day to e-mail this newspaper and let them know that THE GOLAN IS ISRAEL.
What would people say if an American Newspaper wrote “Spanish Occupied Euskadi,” or “Turkish Occupied Kurdistan,” or “British Occupied Ireland” or any other loaded term referring to a nation with recognized borders who is an ally of the US. It is an outrage!
We can’t let this go unchallenged!

No one equates 9/11 and the Holocaust in terms of the number of people killed.
The two atrocities were, however, equal in terms of malevolence and intent. In both cases (plus the other mass murders and genocides of this century), the perpetrators wanted to murder as many people as possible because of their religion, ethnicity, race, and/or nationality. The only reason the perpetrators did not kill more than they did was lack of opportunity. Hitler would, had he had the means available, killed or enslaved every Jew, Slav, and Negro on the planet. He said openly (while citing the Armenian genocide as evidence that he could get away with it) that he wanted to kill all the Poles. If the 9/11 hijackers had had 400 instead of 4 airplanes, they would have used them all. If they had nuclear bombs, they would have used them.
When someone denies the Holocaust, the Armenian genocide, or 9/11, they pave the way for more atrocities of this nature. It was the world’s indifference to what happened to the Armenians that suggested to Hitler that he could kill all the Poles and, by implication, all the Jews.
