Barack Obama’s proven dishonesty makes him unworthy of the nation’s trust, respect, or support

Noting Barack Obama’s insults to the United Kingdom (return of a bust of Winston Churchill), his withdrawal of missile defenses from Poland and the Czech Republic, his pressure on Israel, and his plans to commit the United States to carbon emission reduction at Copenhagen, it is important for the rest of the world and especially our allies to realize that he does not enjoy what the Chinese call the Mandate of Heaven, or the moral authority to exercise any kind of leadership. His documented falsehoods about his health care “reform” agenda make him totally unworthy of the country’s trust, respect, or support.
Res ipsa loquitur means that the thing speaks from itself. This is what Barack Obama said during his Presidential campaign, from his own Web site. We will then compare it to the bill currently under consideration by Congress.
- Barack Obama and Joe Biden’s plan strengthens employer–based coverage, makes insurance companies accountable and ensures patient choice of doctor and care without government interference. Under the plan, if you like your current health insurance, nothing changes, except your costs will go down by as much as $2,500 per year. If you don’t have health insurance, you will have a choice of new, affordable health insurance options.
From the bill currently under consideration by Congress:
- Sec. 202 (pp. 91-92 on this site) “Protecting the Choice to Keep Current Insurance” – This section does just the opposite. It says if you get your health plan through your job, your employer will have a “grace period” and then will have to enroll you in the plan the government wants you to have. If you buy your own insurance, you won’t have a grace period. As soon as anything changes in your current contract – co-pay, deductible, term or benefit (the kinds of things often adjusted yearly) you will have to give up your current plan and enroll in the plan the “qualified plan” the government wants you to have.
The Wall Street Journal confirms this:
• Sec. 202 (p. 91-92) of the bill requires you to enroll in a “qualified plan.” If you get your insurance at work, your employer will have a “grace period” to switch you to a “qualified plan,” meaning a plan designed by the Secretary of Health and Human Services. If you buy your own insurance, there’s no grace period. You’ll have to enroll in a qualified plan as soon as any term in your contract changes, such as the co-pay, deductible or benefit.
• Sec. 224 (p. 118) provides that 18 months after the bill becomes law, the Secretary of Health and Human Services will decide what a “qualified plan” covers and how much you’ll be legally required to pay for it. That’s like a banker telling you to sign the loan agreement now, then filling in the interest rate and repayment terms 18 months later.
The thing speaks for itself. A deliberate and willful falsehood is commonly known as a LIE, and that is what Barack Obama has told the country.
It is necessary at this point to call for the destruction of Barack Obama’s Presidency through all appropriate electoral and public relations methods. This includes open contempt from the American people to make it clear to Congress that he is effectively a lame duck as of now, legal challenges to his agenda (such as the health care bill), and clear statements from voters that any member of Congress who supports him will be out of a job at the end of next year.
We should in fact clean all but about thirty or so Democrats out of the House of Representatives next November, with Nancy Pelosi being at the top of the list of those to be removed. We are not happy with Pat Toomey (R-PA) for driving Arlen Specter out of the Republican Party, but if Senator Specter supports Obama on either climate change or health care “reform,” we will put a Toomey for Senate bumper sticker on our car right now.
There is a saying, “Respect the office and not the person,” but it is meaningless. Members of our Armed Forces are required by the Uniform Code of Military Justice to respect the office, and to salute this individual and call him “Sir.” We are not, and we can call him what he is: a totally unqualified and, as shown by the above material, dishonest fraud. We can no more respect his office than we can respect the judicial offices held by Luzerne County judges Conahan and Ciavarella, who were just indicted on numerous felony counts for corruption. The individual who currently occupies the White House is a sick joke who surrounds himself with the equivalent of self-made sideshow freaks (Jeremiah Wright, Al Sharpton, Van Jones, and Michael Pfleger are but examples). He bows to foreign monarchs, and he makes “shout outs” before he talks about the mass murder of American soldiers by an alleged militant “Islamic” terrorist. Barack Obama is effectively Groucho Marx as Rufus Firefly in Duck Soup, except Obama is pathetic while Marx was funny. Any position of responsibility and trust is well above Barack Obama’s pay grade. The purpose of the latter discussion is to underscore our total contempt for this individual, and to encourage others to regard him with similar contempt.
The best thing for the United States is to effectively put the Presidency into suspended animation until January 2013, and we encourage our readers to help do this through blogs, letters to the editor, attendance at “tea parties,” calls to their Senators and Representatives, and so on.

Maybe it’s you who is unworthy of the USA. You’re always saying how great Israel is. What keeps you here? It’s easy to brag about something you don’t have to be a part of. Conservatives are famous for being chicken hawks. Why don’t you put your neck where your mouth is? Israel is always saying how it is the only safe place for jews. Maybe you should join them. It is your country after all. I really do get sick of your point of view. Shut up or leave.

A- I don’t recall levinson ever saying how great Israel is? Can you give some quotes and links?
B- What keeps him there is he considers America his home, his only home. He just has issues with Liberals, leftists, democrats, and Muslims. You could almost say he is a Jewish urban redneck, But there are many millions of Americans who think just like him. Where do you suggest they go?
C- Chicken Hawks? Good one: what then would you call leftist appeasers and pacifists? Muslim Chickens Hearts?
D- Why should he stick his head anywhere, he is a Chicken hawk after all?
E- Israel is the least safe place for any individual Jew in the world today but as a collective the only guaranteed safe place for the Jewish people, probably because of the likes of you. Levinson feels quite happy and safe in America. Why? Beats me but why should he change residence venues if the current one is pleasing?

Obama is on record as using “teabag,” an anti-gay slur that refers to the practice you just described (or something similar), to refer to the Tea Party participants. At least they are spinning it that way at Free Republic. Then again, Obama could probably get away with saying “f****t” because he has gotten away with consorting openly with Jeremiah Wright, Al Sharpton, and 9/11 denier Van Jones.
