Barack Obama’s Unethical and Possibly Illegal Fundraising Practices
This article is the first in a series that underscores Barack Obama’s serious deficiencies in character, ethics, and integrity. In all cases, we provide links and references so the reader can verify for himself/herself the truth of the statements. This is very important because of the numerous smears and urban legends that are in circulation.
Barack Obama’s unethical, dishonest, and possibly illegal campaign financing schemes include:
- “Dinner with Barack” lotteries that were probably illegal forms of gambling in many jurisdictions, and one of which may have been rigged. It announced a winner before the entry deadline, which suggests that not every campaign donor had an equal chance to win.
- Misuse of the United Church of Christ’s tax exempt resources for electioneering. A key talking point is the fact that Obama wrote (thus showing premeditation) a campaign-related speech, “A Politics of Conscience,” after promising the UCC that no campaign-related activity would take place at its annual synod in Hartford.
- Acceptance of contributions from foreign sources, and in excess of the $2300 individual limit.

Although THE REAL PURPOSE THAT DRIVES RICK WARREN by Richard Abanes is an interview where Rick Warren denies almost everything Warren Smith wrote, I happen to agree with Warren Smith’s assessment 100%. Rick Warren has used New Age leaders and doctrines in his writings and has shadowed and revised the writings of Robert Schuller in his book.
Norman Vincent Peale, 33rd Degree Freemason, claiming to be a Christian was the mentor of Dr. Robert Schuller’s doctrines. Rick Warren was a graduate of the Crystal Cathedral Institute and although he denies that Robert Schuller was his mentor, Warren Smith confirms that Rick Warren’s book is a duplicate copy of Schuller writings. In his book, PURPOSE DRIVEN LIFE, Rick Warren quotes and references New Age leaders Thomas, Carlyle, Bernie Siegel, Aldous Huxley, George Bernard Shaw, etc.

BERNIE SIEGEL [PAGE 31] “Dr. Bernie Siegel found he could predict which of his cancer patients would go into remission by asking, ‘Do you want to live to be 100?” Those with a deep sense of life purpose answered yes and were the ones most likely to survive. Hope comes from having a purpose.
Aldous Huxley [PAGE 248] PURPOSE DRIVEN LIFE: “Experience is not what happens to you. It is what you do with what happens to you.” Aldous Huxley is quoted as a source of reference right after he writes: “If Paul had kept his experience of doubt and depression a secret…”
George Bernard Shaw[PAGE 33] “This is the true joy of life: the being used up for a purpose recognized by yourself as a mighty one; being a force of nature instead of a feverish, selfish little clot of ailments and grievances, complaining that the world will not devote itself to making you happy..”
In Eugene Peterson’s re-write of the Bible called: THE MESSAGE, Warren Smith confirms “AS ABOVE, SO BELOW,” as a New Age term to replace HEAVEN and EARTH, which Eugene Peterson does in the Lord’s prayer: YOUR WILL BE DONE ON EARTH AS IT IS IN HEAVEN. Rick Warren uses THE MESSAGE Bible as his main reference and 15 different Bible translations.
Warren Smith’s writing truly reveals NEW AGE implications and never once did he refute Aldous Huxley, George Bernard Shaw or Bernie Siegel! He instead uses them as an example for A PURPOSE DRIVEN LIFE!
NOT ONCE DOES RICK WARREN quote C.S. Lewis or any other Christian authors, but recites the teachings of New Age leaders and THIS IS WHY IS BOOK IS SO POPULAR – is that those part of the conspiracy to surrender the world to the beast know that Rick Warren is one of the main apostate leaders deceiving Christian Believers into joining the New Spirituality of Christian apostasy. You have to really take a second look at Rick Warren’s book and compare it with Warren Smith’s research to JUST GET IT!
Rick Warren does not strike me as a Christian but an imposter to Christianity, especially because he doesn’t quote Christian leaders or teachings, but refers to New Age leaders as a source of spiritual reference. In conclusion, Rick Warren is teaching another gospel and another Jesus and is leading the NEW SPIRITUALITY movement. As for the Richard Abanes interview: Rick Warren lied to save face – period.

Bill L. - As for Barack Obama attending Rick Warren’s Church, anyone who accepts the GLOBALIZATION OF CAPITALISM to save the world, will applaud all three men. Obama’s Church is another apostate Church claiming to be “Christian” but is also part of the plan to destroy Christianity by masquerading as angels of light, preaching another gospel or Bible, just like Mormons and Jehovah’s Witnesses and Catholics. I do respect Fox News, Sean Hannity, News Corp., but acknowledge that sometimes they can make mistakes in discernment for lack of having the right information and when it comes to Rick Warren, everyone who applauded Rick Warren does not simply know about Warren Smith’s book: DECEIVED ON PURPOSE. When I watched Saddleback applaud Obama I was in complete disgust. I actually was able to watch both candidates being interviewed by Rick Warren, but I don’t think anyone cared to investigate further. Rick Warren said to the whole world that Obama was and is his friend and kind of gave a “Brother” handshake during his interview questioning. I don’t care if Rick Warren sold 35 million copies of his book: He is not a Christian, but a smooth talker. Sure, he gave away his book earnings and did lots of good deeds and denied everything in his Richard Abanes interview, however, to slap Obama’s hand or fist in friendship is to slap Israel on the face, slap America on the face, and slap every Christian in the face. I wish that Ted would have commented on the debate. Nevertheless, Obama’s rise to power was revealed today in Bill Hemmer’s: CHARACTER AND CONDUCT segment where he revealed Obama’s historical rise to the Senate - VERY INTERESTING STUFF! Bill L - I really liked your research threads on this post! I hope this all resonates when it comes to voting time! I enjoyed Debbi Schluseel’s comments: Why is Barack Obama Taking–& Lying About–Illegal Campaign Contributions from Gaza’s HAMAS Muslims? I wish that the African American people could have had a moral American run for President or that females had a sane female woman run for President, but neither Obama’s race, nor Hillary’s vagina had anything to do with why REAL AMERICANS won’t vote for them. REAL AMERICANS WHO LOVE AMERICA WON’T VOTE FOR THEM because they recognize these people to be imposters who side with the enemies of the United States, instead of the friends of the United States - and therein lies a HUGE difference between Republicans and democrats! Nevertheless, keep up the good work of research - we can be certain that only lost psychopaths who hate this country will vote for Obama in November - people who are uninformed, unenlightened and don’t do the proper kind of homework. For those who are in an ignorant is bliss attitude when it comes to Obama, who don’t care about anything that Obama says or does, “SO LONG AS WE GET A BLACK PRESIDENT IN THERE!” should change their minds if they have any common sense and good judgment. Final Note: Okay, Rick Warren did quote C.S. Lewis. However, Rick Warren does not refute the men he quotes or their doctrines but uses them as a source of information for purpose and inspiration. Usually, when a secular author is quoted, they usually don’t accept them as a legitimate source of inspiration. Nevertheless, the problems with Rick Warren’s Church and Obama’s church is that ONENESS is preached, not in the context that John 14:6 where JESUS IS THE EXCLUSIVE PATH TO THE GOD OF ISRAEL, but that all religions lead to the same god. The current INTERFAITH MEETING today at the Democratic National Convention is a false peace, because there are clear doctrinal differences between all religious groups that can’t be reconciled and breaches the first two commandments of the Ten Commandments. Yes, we strive for PEACE with our enemies and understand that they have different beliefs, but the God of Israel makes it abundantly clear that we are not to be yoked together with unbelievers or with people who are preaching another Gospel or another Torah. Rick Warren and Reverend Wright can both be clumped together as leading an apostate form of Christianity and after a thorough review of Warren Smith’s research, I would say that Warren Smith should get together with Richard Abanes and write a new book: IS RICK WARREN LYING OR NOT? With Reverend Wright, his church is not a Christian church and Obama’s “Christianity” is not Christianity. Democratic “Christianity” is apostate and promotes religious pluralism, which is unacceptable according to the first two commandments of the Ten Commandments. In my opinion, Rick Warren lied to Richard Abanes because Warren Smith’s research knocked him down. Why would Rick Warren lie? He’s sold 30 million copies and has the support of the entire world! That’s why.

All religions lead to the same god - the god of hell. That is the god of new religions and that is why religious pluralists share so much in common is that they have the common spirit which opposes Exodus 20:1 and opposes John 14:6. Jewish Faith is not to be included in the apostasy, because the Jewish Faithful are also saved by Faith through Grace in obedience to Exodus 20:1, according to Romans 9 - 11. However, outside of Israel, these new factions and divisions among “Christian” churches are following another god, another Jesus, another spirit, who is not the Biblical One. The UNITY and PEACE that they are fundraising for is the god of money and not the God of Israel. A final note: New religions have been created for THE PURPOSE DRIVEN LIFE of making lots of money. 33rd Degree Freemason Joseph Smith created Mormonism with 11 false witnesses; 33rd Degree Freemason Charles Russell created a new bible and made lots of money; Christian Science made lots of money; Reverend Wright made lots of money and so does a lot of other “Christian” groups such as: Rick Warren, T.D. Jakes, The Church of Scientology, Joel Olsteen - but are the doctrines they teach another gospel and another Jesus that Galatians 1 warns us against. The answer fitting is: YES! These groups are all seemingly for PEACE against Israel on the condition that a two-state solution with Islamists as THE SOLUTION for world peace. Reverend Wright’s movement and Rick Warren’s movement are both movements for the NEW SPIRITUALITY of the NEW AGE. They can quote the Bible all they want - but their form of “Christianity” is apostate to sound Biblical doctrine. Also, anyone who sets themselves against the Law and the Prophets must be opposed as false teachers. Barack Obama and Reverend Wright are not real Christians, but are masquerading as “Christians” to achieve a political objective: Like all religions who hate Jewish Israel and Christian America - it’s the total destruction of Judeo-Christian beliefs and that is the THEME of the Interfaith Movement at the Democratic National Convention - one big happy Satanic Christian family, joining hands with Michael Jackson and Madonna - singing: WE ARE THE WORLD and KUMBAYA my Lord, not understanding that all religious paths lead straight to the lake of fire where there is an absence to obedience to the God of Israel’s directives. they are all fundraising for Satan - and that is the true reality of the times.
