Abbas: IDF’s Gaza operation worse than a holocaust
Just look at what the Fifth Column Arab MKs are saying! They should ALL be expelled to Gaza as traitors of the Jewish State, but instead we can probably expect Olmerde to put more patriotic Jews in jail.
No realist expects Mahmoud Abbas Abu Mazen (Arafat in a suit) to make any declaration other than to compare the loss of a Palestinian terrorist to the Holocaust (he got his degree in Holocaust Denial).

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas on Saturday denounced a deadly Israeli assault on the Gaza Strip that has killed at least 33 people as “more than a holocaust.”"It’s very regrettable that what is happening is more than a holocaust. We tell the world to see with its own eyes and judge for itself what is happening and who is carrying out international terrorism,” Abbas told reporters in Ramallah.
Abbas was responding to remarks made by Deputy Defense Minister Matan Vilani, who said Friday that the Palestinians would bring on themselves what he called a “bigger holocaust” by stepping up rocket attacks on Israel from Gaza.
“It is regrettable that Israel uses this word, banned for more than 60 years, the word ‘holocaust,’ and we demand that the world respond,” Abbas said.
But Vilnai’s spokesman took strong exception to media reports that quoted the minister calling for a “Holocaust” in Gaza.
“The minister used the Hebrew term ‘shoah’ which means ‘catastrophe’ and in this context does not refer to the ‘the Shoah’ – the Holocaust,” Eytan Guinsburg said on Friday.
Abbas meanwhile called for “international protection for the Palestinian people” while his office said he had contacted several world leaders to press for an end to the Israeli assault.
“It is unthinkable that Israel’s reaction to Palestinian rocket attacks – which we condemn – can be so terrible and frightening,” Abbas said, adding that the attacks were targeting “innocent women, children and old people.”
Hamas official Sami Abu Zuhri said Friday of Vilnai’s comments, “We are facing new Nazis who want to kill and burn the Palestinian people.”
On Friday, Abbas called on Israel to stop all strikes in Gaza Friday and urged Palestinian groups to halt ongoing rocket attacks on Israel, implying that the Qassams targeting Israeli communities hurt the Palestinians.
“It is in the interest of the Palestinian people not to give Israel any pretext to continue its aggressions,” a statement from the Palestinian leader’s office said.
Tibi: Israel committing crimes
Seven children, three women, two unarmed men and 20 gunmen – most of them Hamas operatives, and several members of the Islamic Jihad and the Popular Resistance Committees – were killed in the IDF operation Saturday. More than 60 Palestinians were injured.
Five IDF soldiers were lightly to moderately wounded in the clashes. They were evacuated to the Soroka Medical Center in Beersheba via helicopter.
Meanwhile, Israeli Arab Knesset members called on the government to halt its operation in Gaza.
The Balad movement decided Saturday to hold rallies in main intersections in the Galilee, the Triangle and the Negev, in protest of the Israeli operation.
The party’s chairman, Knesset Member Jamal Zahalka, said that “the attack on Gaza is an attack on the entire Palestinian people.” He called on Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas to cease the peace talks with Israel and “slam the door” on Prime Minister Ehud Olmert in order to create a political crisis.
MK Ahmad Tibi (United Arab List-Ta’al) demanded Saturday that the Higher Arab Monitoring Committee hold an urgent meeting over “the crimes of the occupation in Gaza and the mass killing of civilians. Tibi sent an urgent letter on the matter to the committee’s chairman, Shawki Kahtib.

I guess Abbas will have to import a LOT more “innocent civilians” (aka terrorist thugs) to make it the round 6 million.
Either that, or Israel will have to completely flatten the West Bank and Gaza…
In Abbas’ mind those missiles which are condemned don’t count. Same with terrorism. Once it is carried out and condemned, the acts are sanctified and blessed by Muslim leaders and so whatever damage is done must be automatically forgiven and immunity given to the perpetrators. What are these terrorists smoking? Or rather, why is anyone listening to them?
Why is a warning that if you don’t stop killing us and shooting thousands of missiles at our people that you will bring upon yourself a greater catastrophe? That is soft and polite reminder that you should stop what you are doing now or face the consequences.
Gary, the sad fact is that President Peanuts Carter, Bush Sr, Clinton and now Bush Jr, have all legitimised Arab terrorism against Israel. The UN legitmised Arab terrorism the day they allowed Arafat into the UN building wearing his gun.
At present, it’s the UN, Bush, Rice and the rest of the world who are criticising Israel for defending itself, and there’s hardly a whisper of condemnation against the kassams fired daily at southern Israel.
The Gazans are now independent of Israel, but, as Palestinians, they’re still the worlds welfare queens – and demand more and more, knowing that the world will keep giving and filling their coffers, so that they can buy weapons and ammunition, instead of building an infrastructure, hospitals, schools, homes, agriculture and industries. (They’ve had more than enough money to build everything they need… and more)!
Right now the world has really sick “leadership”, and the end game between the oil gluttons and the rest of the world is being played out in the middle east. The problem is that they put their trillions of dollars of profit over and above the lives of ordinary people, and have put ALL our nations at great risk of annihilation from Islamic terrorism.
ps When Islamic terrorists are killing Jews the world stays silent… pretty much like it did in the 1930′s and 40′s. Nothing’s changed since then, except former Nazi supporters like the Bush family, James Baker III, etc., have been allowed to grow stronger…

Seriously though… I think Jerusalem Posts (#4) says all that has to be said. The world’s “leadership” made a choice a few years ago, thinking it would line there wallets nicely; greedy men in fine suits… But it’s not working out well at all, despite their best efforts.

Palestinians Violently Protest Non-Violence Protest

Palestinians voted with their feet yesterday, shunning the much-heralded anti-Israeli, non violent protest, in favor of lobbing mortars at Israel from the comfort and safety of their own backyards.
After successfully breaching the hitherto unknown border between Gaza and Egypt, the Palestinian government sought to do the same with the Israeli border, but this time with a twist: instead of blowing up the border and shooting at the guards, Hamas opted for a non-violent protest, the first of its kind in the desperate, decades long struggle of the Palestinian people to exterminate Israel.
The unfamiliar concept was quite a challenge for Ramzi Hamed, the Hamas Public Relations officer tasked with drumming up the necessary popular support for the move, “We don’t even have the words to express such an idea,” complained Ramzi, who ordered the schools closed and had his people hand out fliers announcing ” A new, lethal weapon against anti-Zionism to be revealed at the demonstration” in an effort to bring out as many people as possible. But despite the offer of free bussing and refreshments, most Palestinians chose to stay at home.
“What I want to know is – if we are not killing anybody or stealing from anybody, or destroying something – then what’s the point? I mean, what’s in it for me?” asked Abed, A simple terrorist from Gaza, who echoed the feelings of many. For instance, Lutfi, a disgruntled father said, “If my child is going to miss bomb-making school, then it should be for a better reason then some silly demonstration where shooting is not allowed. These teachers – they will use any excuse to close down,” said Lutfi, who had to quit his job at the smuggling tunnels early in order to take care of his kids, “You should have seen the dirty look the boss gave me!”
According to onlookers,
only several thousand Palestinians showed up and even they were disappointed, “We came to see a new weapon that will destroy the racist Zionist entity,” said Muhammad from Gaza, ” Well, I’ve been here all day and all we did was hold hands and chant and I want to know when, in the name of Allah, are we going to kill some Israelis?” said Muhammad, echoing the sentiments of many other disappointed Palestinians.
Hundreds of these dissatisfied protesters mobbed the Hamas representatives who spent the day trying to explain the nature of the non-violent weapon to the disbelieving crowd, but to no avail. Finally, apparently out of pure frustration, the mob ransacked the Hamas non-violence stand, trashed the non-violence propaganda and shot the organizers of the non-violent protest, “There is only one way to deal with this lying Western scum,” said the masked leader of the mob, called Yousouf, “The Palestinian way!”
Too bad it didn’t really end this way. The Hamas people have certainly killed enough innocent people to deserve it!
