Obama’s Priorities

By Ted Belman

Even at this early stage in the transition, certain priorities are discernible.

Pres Elect Obama is surrounding himself with many Clintonites particularly in the management of the economy. He will do nothing that would make matters worse. Thus the increase of taxes he promoted will not happen for quite a while. Spending plans such as for adding 50 million to the health care system will likewise have to wait. The same goes for education reform.

But what he will do, is save the Big Three and the UAW. You can already see the propaganda efforts by the Dems and the UAW and the Big Three. The American Thinker tells us to Expect an early Obama bailout of the Big Three

It’s the leftist tri-fecta. Nationalization of industry, explosive union membership growth and job-killing green initiatives in one fell swoop.

And this is what the Obamunists really want. Why else would Obama install Governor Jennifer Granholm and former congressman David Bonior, both of Michigan, on his economic team? These are two key architects of the worst economy in the nation, and they are now in positions of power and influence for Obamanomics.

Obama is a community organizer par excellence. He has built a huge grassroots organization which is committed to supporting him. He will enable the Unions to similarly grow with the view to the support he will expect from them. He will similarly support teachers and Hispanics and other group he can mobilize. Look forward to amnesty.

Finally, I expect that he will crunch Israel. Just look at all his advisers and at his recent appointments of Jones and Brenner.

Watch it and weep.
