Birth Certificate
On Nov 18 Andy Martin argued his case for a birth certificate before the SC of HAWAII. He is now waiting for the decision.
Leo Donofrio’s case, “Leo C. Donofrio, v. Nina Mitchell Wells, Secretary of State of the State of New Jersey, United States Supreme Court Docket No. 08A407,” regarding Obama’s citizenship has reached a new level. The case has been “distributed for conference.”
On December 5, 2008, only ten days before the electoral college votes, the nine Justices of the U.S. Supreme Court will meet in private to review Obama’s citizenship status.
Obama must “respond” to the Writ of Certiorari by Dec 1 filed by Berg.
Alan Keyes also suing to disqualify Obama in California
There are over 20 other cases dealing with the birth certificate.

Looks like all the Powers that be have conspired to block any and all efforts to get at the truth and defend the American constitution and Americas Laws. No standing is just a way of blocking the truth.. Judges especially partisan and political Judges are not I think what the American constitution and her authors envisioned for America. Another nail in Americas coffin.
