Defense officials deny plan to propose 48-hour Gaza truce

Shin Bet and Israel Defense Forces officials on Tuesday denied reports that the defense establishment had recommend a diplomatic initiative to abate the war against Hamas and embark on a 48-hour truce, before it becomes necessary to begin a significant ground invasion of the Gaza Strip.

The Israeli Ambassador “explained things” to the US Senate today. It sounded like he was trying to explain the basic facts of life and death to simple children. He put it in as simple terms as possible complete with gesticulations pointing to his head explain how the rockets “come down” (using his hands to demonstrate what “come down” means) on 75,000 Israelis etc. I don’t think he got the message across. The US population is so mindwashed by the MSM that even US congressmen cannot understand anything unless it is acknowledged and ascertained as true by the MSM. Otherwise it doesn’t exist.
The lock is on the mass mind. The only key is to get control of the media by the people wrested from the control of the power elite and let the people speak, by themselves, of themselves and for themselves.

The Canadian CTV has got lots of news footage their reporting on the “poor Palestinians”. They never mention how it it that fault of Hamas that Israeli bombs are falling nor mention that civilian deaths are again the fault of Hamas for using them as shields.

The same TV channel is also broadcasting an interview with a Palestinian spokesman in the West Bank (IE disseminating Hamas propaganda). The propagandist spokesman urges the world to condemn Israel saying that “violence is no answer” (spit-take! come again!!!) In his long diatribe broadcasted eagerly and indiscriminately by Canadian propagandist MSM-TV he fails to mention once ongoing rockets being fired by Hamas at Israeli civilians.
Long live the Western News Media, the Canadian MSM and the Canadian fascist economic power elite and world-wide Muslim terrorism! They make strange bedpersons but money makes the world go round and greed makes the beasts feed at the same cesspool.

If Israel does not go in totally into Gaza then Hamas will regard it as a victory and will get stronger. In fact they will acquire the feeling or knowledge that they are invincible and that will be registered in the minds of all the Muslim Jihadists in the Middle east. It’s worse than if nothing had happened at all.

Maybe after Olmert, Israel will try to save itself. There is one thing worse than bad news and hopelessness and that is people that refuse to fight to save themselves.
The American public is the same way, they refuse to fight their own economic fascists. So there is enough cowardice, selfishness and self-destructiveness to go round for everybody.

This idiotic temporary ceasefire proposal sounds suspiciously like the moronic week-long halt during the Lebanon War to allow everybody and his brother to escape up north. But, that’s what you get when you have morons running the government.

Any Israeli official who advocates any kind of truce whatsoever should be dismissed or voted out of office for incompetence at best, and possibly for collusion with the enemy. Only an idiot–or a traitor–stops when he has the enemy on the run.
