L’affaire Coughlin, as we keep saying gets ‘curioser and curioser’. Yesterday it was the bafflegab explanation by minions at DoD about why they dropped Heshem Islam ‘puff piece’ and resume from a website. Islam, appropriate name, is the Muslim outreach aide to Deputy Defense Secretary England. Further, we found that Islam had peculiar views on Israel - Arab conflict. His security clearance should be yanked as a result of this patent embroidery of his ‘c.v.’. He should be sacked, and not our friend Stephen Coughlin, the Islamic law and Jihad Military expert about to end his contract with the Joint intelligence staff next month.

Now, the FBI enters the picture with comments about Islam and a Navy Chaplain, Abuhena M. Saifulislam-the last name means ’sword of Islam’ in Arabic. Both Islam and Saifuislam are steeped in Wahhabi doctrine and effectively are infiltrators in the Pentagon for the Muslim Brotherhood.

“He’s a Muslim brother,” an FBI official said of Islam. “He’s a bad actor. He’s well-positioned to be where he is, and that doesn’t do us any good.”

However, the FBI official warned that the Muslim aides are part of a conspiracy by Muslim Brotherhood fronts to run “influence operations” against the U.S. government.

“Their M.O. is to make nice for the very purpose of penetrating us,” he said, “and we just roll over for them, at least at the top levels.”

He says England, who also recently dedicated an Islamic prayer center at Quantico on the advice of Saifulislam, is blind to the threat.

“England doesn’t know it’s an influence operation that’s been laid at his door,” he said. “His lack of awareness is irresponsible.”

“The Islamic chaplains who serve were trained by a known terrorist,” said terrorism expert Steve Emerson.

Emerson says Islam, like Alamoudi, has invited “subversive” elements into U.S. military headquarters.

“Hesham Islam is an Islamist with a pro-Muslim Brotherhood bent who has brought in groups to the Pentagon who have been unindicted co-conspirators,” he said.

Emerson said a “Trojan horse” of subversives and potential spies have penetrated deep inside the Pentagon, and they are now bearing fruit with the ouster of Coughlin. Sources say Islam has high security clearance.

The witless Deputy Defense Secretary England should be taken out of his misery by SECDEF Bob Gates and ‘honorably retired’ from ‘valued government service’ for aiding and abetting Muslim Brotherhood infiltration of the DoD. Islam should ‘disappear’ from his perch in the Pentagon, and all Wahhabi trained Muslim chaplains should be ‘cashiered’ from military service as disloyal. Does the Bush Administration have the guts to do that? In the face of their surrender to cultural jihad, we don’t think it will happen. If certain valued Members of Congress, whom we understand met with Coughlin this week, have their way, investigative hearings would be launched and heads would roll in the E-ring inside the ‘five sided squirrel cage’ across the Potomac in Arlington, Virginia
