“That female is our child’s murderer”

By Ted Belman

I received an email alerting me to the following,

hothouse02.jpgThe New York Times carries a review of a film called ‘Hot House’ that goes inside Israeli prisons and examines the lives of Palestinian prisoners. We’re not recommending the film or the review ..But we do want to share our feelings with you about the beaming female face that adorns the article.

The film is produced by HBO. So it’s presumably HBO’s publicity department that was responsible for creating and distributing a glamour-style photograph of a smiling, contented-looking young woman in her twenties to promote the movie.

That female is our child’s murderer. She was sentenced to sixteen life sentences or 320 years which she is serving in an Israeli jail. Fifteen people were killed and more than a hundred maimed and injured by the actions of this “attractive” person and her associates.

Her name was Malki. Visit her website so that she not be forgotten.

  2. How about doing a show which examines the lives of Israeli terror victims and their families and the lives of the families who’ve lost loved ones in terror attacks? Fuck HBO and the NYTimes.

  3. Free(cop killer) Mumia!!!!!! Same attitude/mentality as the NYT.

I guess the NYT publishers and journalists (I say that word loosely), have the opinion that everyone is entitled to a little murder if they feel slighted by society in general, or a member thereof. That’s because everything is “society’s fault.”

There are no adequate words to describe the mental aberrations of the NYT crew.

  4. Yes, but they all loved their MOTHERS! Why not do a similar film about the perpetrators of 9/11 and try to show their Human side Hah they wouldn’t have the guts but murderers of Jews the world should have compassion for: This is a good case for promotion of death penalty by hanging without blindfolds with the victims looking on if they want.

    Will Ultimately Become
    Cruel to the Compassionate”

  5. Maybe HBO should make a film about the life of Vinson Filyaw, who is serving 421 years in prison for kidnapping and raping Elizabeth Shoaf, who was fourteen at the time of the crime.

They might need permission from the 300+ lb neo-Nazi lifer that is his boyfriend.

  7. Should the net of disgust not be cast wider then just HBO and include Israeli Shimon Dotan for having made this film in the first place?

Dotan’s work is but one example of how a number of creatively talented Westerners in the arts and literature seek to humanize the inhumanitarians of this world in order to try to understand their point of view and in the process, willfully or not, to draw sympathy for what makes these people what they are.
