Passover Meditations
Passover Meditations
While Winds of Change.NET is best known for its global coverage and War on Terror analysis (incl. what's currently going on in Iraq, and the role of pro-US Iraqis), This year has also featured daily Passover coverage and thoughts.
- Passover 2004. Background links, Charlton Heston, Guns, and Matzah. Oy!
- Passover 2: A Wise Son. Albert Einstein, at the monument to the martyred Jews of the Warsaw Ghetto, April 19, 1948.
- Passover 3: Magid. In every generation. "...Only that great moment when they set me free/ From barbed wire fences and the licensed prisons...."
- Passover 4: Born Free. Sara Yoheved Rigler's practice includes 15 years of Vedanta philosophy and meditation, as well as extensive Torah study. "The exercise of choice," she writes, "is the essence of freedom."
- Passover 5: Passover, Good Friday & Hope.
- Sufi Wisdom: The Host & the Guests. This Shabbat, I wanted to find a Sufi story that would help illuminate the meaning of the Seder. I found one.
- Passover 6: Matzah. The inner meaning of matzah? It's all about fermentation, deliverance - and time.
- Passover 7: Welcome Home! If you're Israeli, or know Israelis, you'll understand.
Chag Someach... and Shabbat Shalom!
