Correction

After posting American Red Cross in which I attriduted the article to Dr. Yechiel Shulman, he wrote to me as follows;

Please be informed that I did not author this article, I received it from a source believed to be reliable and trustworthy and passed it along. By posting this piece under my name without seeking my approval, Mr. Ted Belman did me an injustice, and I am asking for an admission on his part and an apology. As for the sentence "The writer is a former Secretary of State", it refers to the section in quotes, not to the whole article, a fact which must have been clear to Dr. Harvey S. Cohen. Therefore he is ingenuous in saying "but he (me) is a retired professor...."

I have extended my apology to Dr Shulman.
