The telling words in all of this are these: "Arafat's successors vow to follow in his footsteps." Those words echo through the cemeteries of dead Jews, make no mistake.
Elections will never tame the palestinian people. George Bush knows this, Tony Blair for certain and all those to whom Blair panders. All this means is more dead Jews.
And for those who 'blame' Sharon at every turn, (rather than have the courage to say 'who' is unloading this horrible pressure) "he, Sharon rejects calls for gestures to PA."
