So I waited patiently through an entire 24 hour news cycle. That the mainstream media ignored this story is understandable (though still despicable and irresponsible), but how did the entire blogosphere miss this?
On Tuesday, December 21, one of the most significant legal actions ever to be launched in the United States was filed and announced in Brooklyn. Not only is it a giant step forward in the fight against global terror, but it is of a great deal of relevance to pro-democracy and pro-Israel advocates everywhere. Where were you guys?

Charge Bank with Supporting Genocide and Crimes Against Humanity Seek to Cut off Money Pipeline Fueling Terrorism.
Having attended the Press Conference with some close friends who are plaintiffs in the suit, it was one of the most heartwrenching expereinces I have ever been through. At the same time, it is a proud moment for democracy and indeed all of Western Civilization when these victims of some of the most cruel and evil crimes ever conceived of (read the story of Iris Almog-Schwartz) are able to fight back with the only weapon they have left: the law.
