Reread this article closely.

How are organizations determined to be terrorist? Hamas is easy. They are terrorists. What about other organizations?

Didn't Kissinger catch some static from a law like this? Is a US soldier a member of a terrorist group if the International Criminal Court deems it so?

Can Tel Hashomer be designated a terrorist organization if eg at some later time it treats someone from Gaza?

Are there foreign counterparts to US Judge Arlander Kays and his "American district court"?

All this can sound good on the surface but the comingling of jurisprudence with politics and the battle against the terrorists can cause unforseen problems. Who here at Isra pundit is NOT subject to extrateritorality?
