The medical developments in Israel are state of the art-equal to and exceeding those in the States. Yet, this does not filter down to the population as a whole. Israel's medical asociation, that in the USA, is running a cartel hidden within its professional society. The medical advances; great!; the benefits to the general population;...?! High technology - it parallels Israel's medical advances. Israel's intellectual property makes fortunes in the diaspora.

I will join Israel 21c dot org in accepting their motto "A focus beyond the conflict". Omitting the combat, Israel resembles the 50 mile wide northern ribbon of Mexico where low cost factories produce goods for the USA replacing overpriced (but rapidly changing) US labor. Israel is America's research lab.

Now, for the negative news; the conflict is not over.
