THE CHRISTIAN ALLIES CAUCUS - letter from Jodie Anderson
IsraPundit readers will remember Jodie Anderson of the Battalion of Deborah, who granted IsraPundit an interview on October 19, 2004. Today, Jodie has disseminated a document concernng the Christian Alliacne Caucus, in which several MK's participate (Yuri Shtern, Benny Elon and others).
The opening paragraph of Jodie's letter reades:
Knesset Members created the “Christian Allies Caucus,” in recognition of the importance of the international pro-Israel Christian community to Israel’s security. The caucus is the first of its kind in Knesset history. Its purpose is to streamline communications and coordinate activities between the Knesset and Israel’s Christian allies. The caucus is intended to increase, both in Israel and the international community, the awareness of Israel’s appreciation for the many and varied contributions that its Christian supporters have made to the well being of the people of Israel in their day-to-day lives.
