1. News about UNSCAM - at AP. This time, Volcker himself is being dragged in.
2. Diana West at TownHall: "Springtime for Hamas". Excerpt:
Last week, Reuters reported that E.U. foreign ministers gathered at a Luxembourg castle to consider "the previously taboo idea of dialogue with Islamic opposition groups" -- namely, Hamas and Hezbollah. The question before them, posed by E.U. foreign minister Javier Solana, was: "Has the time come for the E.U. to become more engaged with Islamic 'faith-based' civil societies?"
3. Also at Townhall, an article by David Horowitz, "An Ill-Bred Professor, And A Bad Situation," concerning his experience at the University of Hawaii. What has become of US universities is beyond belief. Little wonder David Horowitz writes,
This incident depressed me more than any pie or protest could. The insult which had been carefully planned by this Chairman and his department was not to me really, since I get insults every day and would be gone tomorrow -- but to Jamie and all the conservative students at the University of Hawaii who would be there when I was gone, and whose four years are spent as second class citizens in their own school.

Re: Town Hall, David Horowitz, Univ Hawaii
The external aspects are blamed for the situation when the matter is internal.
I've already introuded here at IsraPundit US Presidental advisor Roger Ailes. Ailes teaches that audiences seeing a speaker, whether on television or in person, establish their opinions on second number eight after seeing the speaker.
David Horowitz is the problem; not the solution. Since WWII, Americans have been taught to think based on Aristotolean logic. It is really fallacy. Horowitz is identified with Communism and his editorship of Ramparts Magazine. The students at the Univ of Haiwaii don't know this but they don't make or influence US policy. Those that do, know this.
Horowitz uses his "conversion" for his own personal gratification. It won't work. He is tainted.
