If one picture is worth a thousand words, how about three pictures?
The first photo below depicts the 1755 deportation of the Acadians from Nova Scotia. Even though this event took place over a century before Canada was born (July 1, 1867), it remains a stain on our Canadian history.
The second photo shows the deportation of the Armenian Christians by the Ottomans in 1915. This stain on Turkey's history is so grave, that the Turkish government has yet to come to terms with the deportation, 90 years after the fact.
The last photo in this series shows the IDF (as in Israel Deportation Forces) preparing to deport their own flesh and blood in less than a month. The British who deported the Acadians and the Turks who deported the Armenians believed they were deporting their sworn enemies. Abu Omri doesn't even have this excuse. For shame!
