What Would We Do Without Congressional Leaders?

Daniel Pipes makes a big deal out of how "Some Congressional Leaders Worry Gaza Pullout Amounts to Appeasement". Well maybe some Congressional leaders should be a little more forceful in preventing the Bush administration from trying to obliterate Israel's deterrent. We have very little sympathy for mostly Republican politicians who "worry that the Israeli government is not taking its own or American security enough into account" when it's the Bush administration that has done the most in the last month to undermine Israel's security on both the diplomatic and security fronts.
