When They Say "Cycle of Violence" This is What They Mean
When the Palestinians are speaking for the world's ears, they say that the recent murderous suicide bombing was in retaliation for Israel's targeting of the five Islamic Jihad terrorists who had already planned and executed a suicide bombing last July. When they're being honest, they admit that it's all about continuing their constant efforts to exterminating Israel:
Khaled al-Batch, an Islamic Jihad leader in Gaza, said the attack "came as a natural reaction to the occupation crimes ... It is our right to retaliate."
The Islamic Jihad was also responsible for the terror attacks on the Sharon Mall in Netanya on July 12, in which five were killed and some 90 wounded, and the earlier bombing of the Stage nightclub in Tel Aviv...
Earlier this year, a Palestinian Gaza resident was caught on her way to carry out a suicide bombing at Soroka. She tried to take advantage of an entry permit into Israel she had obtained in order to receive medical treatment there.
Now let's see whether the media reports Islamic Jihad's admittedly continuous murder campaign, or simply parrots their lies. At the risk of giving away the ending: lies. Try to focus on those, and not get distracted with by how each of these paragraphs ends with a post suicide bombing Palestinian commitment to nonviolence.

The official WAFA news agency quoted Mr. Abbas as linking the bombing to Israel's arrest raid in the Tulkarem refugee camp last week, killing five Palestinians. Mr. Abbas said a February truce must be maintained "despite all the Israeli provocations."

Sunday's suicide bombing in Beersheba, which killed the attacker and seriously wounded two security guards, came days after Israeli troops killed five Palestinians in a West Bank raid and in the wake of two deadly attacks against Arabs by lone Jewish gunmen. "Israel in the past few weeks has committed brutal massacres against our people, and the Palestinians have a right to respond," said Nafez Azzam, a leader of the Islamic Jihad militant group. He said, however, the group would continue to honor the cease-fire.
The Telegraph:There has been no claim of responsibility, but the Islamic Jihad group recently vowed to avenge the deaths of five Palestinians killed in a raid on a militant hideout in the West Bank city of Tulkarm three days ago.
Mahmoud Abbas, the Palestinian president, condemned the bombing and urged all sides to show restraint. He said the attack was a "terrorist act", but also accused Israel of provoking the bombing through the deadly raid at Tulkarm. "[Mr Abbas] asserted that everyone must remain committed to the truce despite all the Israeli provocations, most recently the killing of five Palestinians in Tulkarem".

I write from the USA where the entry permits - or visas - and medical care is treated differently. Joseph Kony and his Lord's Resistence Army cannot enter the USA for medical treatment. There are foreign policy reasons for this. If GOI has a foreign policy with a different governing philosophy than this USA example, it's not prophecy but a basic political forecast that Jews will be targeted for destruction.
GOI maintain a military fleet of about 1,000 aircraft. After the Vietnam era, a major component of militaries and their oversight civilian establishment is a sophisticated public and press relations department. The WAFA news agency is the contemporary equivilant of an armor division. Israel's response, to date, is to change the name of its IDF Spokesman's Unit to Spokesperson's Unit.
I am sure GOI's issuance of entry permits is computerized.
