Glaring Omission
Glaring Omission
Ted Belman
Bush in his speech today had a glaring ommission.
When he said that the terror in Iraq is the same as the terror in Jordan, UK, Bali, Horn of Africa, he glaringly omitted Israel.
He ignored also who is financing and abetting the terrorists or insugents. In fact the same people or countries support terror in Israel.
FINALLY AFTER LINKING THE WAR IN IRAQ TO THE WAR ON TERROR, HE COMMENTS ONLY ON WINNING IN IRAQ. THERE WAS NO INFORMATION ON WHAT THE US WILL DO NEXT IN THE LARGER WAR.

The ommission - sadly - is almost certainly intentional. The "War on Terror" isn't really a war on terror committed against the Jews.

I am not surprised. He did so to please his friends the Saudis.
This omission is in the same vein as his post 9/11 declaration that "Islam means peace".

Nothings has changed nor will change until after the Israeli election. Once Sharon assumes power under his new Party, the real dismantling of Israel will begin. At that point, the direction of the US State Department may include the war on Jews in Israel and elsewhere, byt by then it will be too late.

What do you expect? America is Israel's only, I repeat only, ally. And this is only because Israel sadly controls Congress and hence to a limited extent President Bush. The rest of the world, I repeat the rest of the world, clearly recognizes Israel as a rogue aggressor state committed to a brutal military occupation and supression of the Palestinian people. Before you say I am biased and full of crap, please consider the possibility of truth in this appraisal. Could it be that Israel is right and the rest of the world is wrong? Possibly, but hardly likely. We all live on this planet and the very notion of a "chosen people" is preposterous, arrogant and unacceptable to the rest of mankinkd.
