To the people of Israel and to the Likud party: Congratulations!

To the people of Israel and to the Likud party: Congratulations!

Yehuda Poch begins his article in today's Arutz7 with the words,

Ariel Sharon seems to have no qualms about betraying those around him. Following the 2003 election, he betrayed his voters by adopting the policy platform they so soundly defeated in electing him. In May 2004, he betrayed Likud members by ignoring their stated will in the party referendum on the Expulsion Plan. In August 2005, he betrayed every resident of Gush Katif and the residents of four communities in northern Samaria by expelling them from their homes and communities, and destroying all they had built over the past 35 years.

Appropriately, the article is entitled, "Complete Betrayal". When one remembers that Abu Omri also betrayed the Zionist patriot and a soldier in his own way, Jonathan Pollard, then one would be justified in changing the title to "absolutely complete betrayal". And so, as Abu Omri leaves Likud, I extend my congratulations to the Likud Party for ridding itself of a malignant plague. The people of Israel now have an opportunity to re-elect a cleansed Likud, the party for which they voted in the last election. For this, I extend my congratulation and best wishes to the people of beleaguered Israel.

Dear Sir,
Shaloom. Nobody knows the interest of Isrelis more than Mr.Sharon. Do not forget that he is originally a Palestinian (Philistinie) by birth and by citizenship like late Gen. Ishaq Rabin ,may the Lord bless his soul,he also regreted what kind of betrayal to his contrymen Philistinies as mentioned in the Holy Bible. That is why Mr. Sharon want to erase his sins with his own countrymen the Philistinies and rconcile with them before he meets The Lord G-d in the after life.
Long live Mr. Sharon the real patriotic Philistinie citizen.Good Luck Saeed Sharoon,Ya Aba Ommari.

Shalom Khalil,

You probably think Rudyard Kipling was an Indian writer and Saladin ruled from Mecca.

There are many different Holy Bibles.

There are many Egyptians who consider Gaza to be sovereign Egyptian territory.

Many people of all backgrounds do not believe in a Supreme Being.

Kol tuv, all the best.....

Shalom Bob - it is good that you feel the need to respond to every single meshuggah (nutter) even when they are so obviously so such as in the case of our Zarrouk. Interestingly enough the term Palestine in arabic is infact Falastin or in Englis "Philistine". After the Romans sacked the Temple and announced Judae Capita (Israel vanquished) they renamed the country Palatina after the Jews former enemies the Philistines in an attempt to try to erase the land of its former Jewish presence. I cannot think of a better title to describe the arab inhabitants of the region than what they are known as today - Falastins (Philistines) or in English Palestinians. Surprisingly my mother who was born in the country before modern Israel was known as a Jewish Palestinian and the arabs simply as "arabs".
