Earlier this month, at a gathering of Islamic countries in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad cast doubt on the Jewish holocaust and declared his country would not be stopped in acquiring capabilities to produce nuclear fuel.

I do not believe Ahmadinejadi's call to anniliate Israel was a "sentiment widely shared". The Egyptian and Saudi delegations to this Mecca conference don't delude themselves that the danger to their nations eminates from Israel. The danger is in Teheran.
