Happy New Year to everyone. My wish for 2006 is for Islam, which is today's version of Nazism, to finally be confronted and defeated. May the righteousness prevail, and the barbarians chucked into their deserved place in the history's trash bin. May their memory be obliterated. Dave You can always send me an email at Israpundit@sympatico.ca Nice to know people care. I try hard to keep the site relevant and stimulating. Posted by: Ted Belman on December 31, 2005 09:59 PM
Welcome back. I was wondering if my new friends had turned on me and banned me because of my politics. Thankfully, that was not true. Happy New Year to you all. Stop in and say hello sometime ... www.markblum.com I will do the same. For the rest of you all, my New Years wish is ... "May the best of your yesterdays be the worst of your tomorrows." Happy New Year, Ted, Joseph, BobW and all at Israpundit. It is a vital resource and I missed it even for that short time. I am going to renew my efforts to understand just what this US elite are at on the world stage in relation to Islamofascism. Why does the results keep placing Islamofascists in power! Happy New Years! May this year be the year of defeat for Sharon and the Islamofacists and their liberal friends. Posted by: daniel horowitz on January 1, 2006 10:52 AM
Felix, one word answers your question above - incompetance. Posted by: CopperFacedJack on January 1, 2006 11:14 AM

A Happy New year to you all, here and everywhere! Though new here, some (Susan and others) know me from my short but, I'd like to believe, powerful, appearance in soc.culture.jewish. That place is not influential, IMO, since it's infe/c/sted w what appears to me to be the lowest and most vicious antisemitic scum, pardon me AmigoCabal et al for saying it; I think that it's utterly futile to debate w them and their like. I thank you, Tedd, for this wonderful blog and for the opportunity to speak on behalf of Israel, the only shield against a very possible, and maybe even near, (re)new(ed) Holocaust. The voices here remind me of Jabotinsky warning the Jews in Europe before it all happened: They didn't believe him, to their great and irreparable disapointment. So are we here, prophets of a probable doomsday for the Jews, who now, like they of old, don't believe it can happen again (Blum, or is it another name, I'm not sure, comes to mind; he told you that you don't represent the majority of the Jews and "shame on you!") Huh! Shame on him!!. Of course we don't! But this is what we work for and hopefully we'll succeed, if I am allowed to talk in plural. I, too, had thought that the blog was sabotaged, not an improbability. Happy to hear it wasn't the case. If you need any help, just holler and what will be available will be given. For the New Year, I wish you and us a greater influence, to the Israeli leaders more brains in their skull, and to our "sonim" the soundest defeat, and all of this in the very near future! Let the dogs bark and the caravan pass by - WE do what WE have to do! Amen Selah! Posted by: Dan Barkye on January 1, 2006 02:00 PM
Happy New Year to All. Ted, Your Israpundit site is not only an excellent resource, but it inspires deeper thought on the complex issues raised by the postings and many of the comments from Israpundit followers. In other words, sometimes considering the issues you bring to our attention are real mindbenders that can leave one intellectually exhausted, after a maximum effort to understand is achieved and a comment is posted or not, in which case the issue raised is met by silence. HAPPY NEW YEAR
I want to apologies for the two day period that we were not available.
We had some technical problems to deal with and we are happy to be back.
Israpundit considers that the big stories for '06 include,
1. Will the PA end the incitement and dismantle the terror organizations. (Definitely not)
2. Will the GOI institute more unilateral withdrawals (I think not.)
3. Will the GOI defy US pressure and build in E1. (I hope so.)
4. Will the GOI rout the terrorists in Gaza, the West Bank and in Southern Lebanon. (I think so.)
5. Will military action be undertaken by the US against Syria and/or Iran? (I think so.)
6. Will the Roadmap progress. (Definitely not.)
7. Will the US end the insurgency in Iraq? (What, am I an oracle?)
HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE
