Red Cross Not So Sure About This "Jews Joining Them" ThingTrackback PingsTrackBack URL for this entry: Comments
The Red Cross would rather coddle terrorists than help save human lives - at least if the lives are Jewish. No surprise there. How's that whole Red Crescent affiliation working out for them, do you think? Posted by: Aaron Eitan Meyer on December 6, 2005 01:17 AM
not all red crescent people are terrorists. ARE you A BIGOT- or are you just jewish? Posted by: mike on December 6, 2005 01:26 AM
Hey Mike! Try reading carefully, whether you're responding to the article or Aaron's post. The article is about Syria - the government. That's a terrorist supporting government. What a pity Israel's MDA is putting themselves through this degradation. MDA, have a minimum of self respect and pride and leave. Let the ICRC rot. Posted by: ShyGuy on December 6, 2005 01:49 AM
It is disgusting that the present Israeli regime of political hijackers are throwing away not only our land and our security but even our national identity. Are those professional Judeophobes at the ICRC so important that the Jews have abase themselves this way to be "accepted" by them. Yes, yes -- I know that there are supposedly certain protections for ambulances and hospitals that go with ICRC recognition. But the Arab states and terrorists would not abide by them anyway. During the Yom Kippur War, when Syria murdered Israeli prisoners of war, a representative of the ICRC actually raised the topic with a Syrian ministry, pointing out that murder of prisoners-of-war is against the Geneva Conventions. On another occasion an Israeli minister asked for a representative of the Red Cross to discuss with him the mistreatment of Israeli nationals, and the representative said that was not the topic he came to pursue. His topic: He had learned that Arab terrorists in Israeli prisons were only getting one piece of fresh fruit a day, and the Red Cross demands that they get two. During the Holocaust, a Red Cross spokesman was asked why the International Red Cross was not doing anything at all for the prisoners in the concentration camps and she said, "Because the president of the German Red Cross is a Nazi and will not allow it." How low does Israel have to sink to curry favor with this lot? Posted by: A Time to Speak on December 6, 2005 02:17 AM

Israel should refuse to join the Red Cross so as descrinatory conditions applied. The Mogan Dovid Adom must be accepted as is. Posted by: Ted Belman on December 6, 2005 07:10 AM
If they don't accept the Mogen Dovid then we should switch to a red swastika. It's no worse than the red crescent. Posted by: daniel horowitz on December 6, 2005 08:48 AM
i have been talking about this for quite some time now. It's really a disgusting thing for goyim to ask of us, but it's even more disgusting that we'd actually accept a red box (or pardon me, as the call it, a 'crystal') over the magen david. Red Cross Not So Sure About This "Jews Joining Them" Thing
Despite a series of humiliating negotiations and concessions, Switzerland is only "moderately" confident that Israel's equivalent of the Red Cross - the Magen David Adom - can join the international organization:
The holdup is that Syria has objections revolving around Israel's activities - military and human rights - in the Golan Heights. Yes, that Syria.[Cross-posted at Mere Rhetoric]
