Shields: Were UNIFIL Forces Complicit in Ambushing IDF?
Yamit: There is no doubt in my mind of UNIFIL’s complicity. Israel meaning BB is also complicit in our tepid response. Most of all Bush and Olmert are responsible for the murder of a senior Israeli officer. The silence of the world is deafening, is anyone surprised?

Damaging Imagery Shows UNIFIL Forces Shielding Lebanese Soldiers Attacking the IDF
The IDF informed UNIFIL UN ’peacekeepers’ of the brush clearing operations which were taking place on the Israeli side of the border with Lebanon in advance. The images clearly show soldiers working with a crane to clear brush. This is how it looked..
The UN forces were supposedly enhanced & put in place by resolution 1701 ending the 2006 war to keep Hezbollah from the border with Israel. They have failed at that mission clearly in general.
So now what is their purpose? Is it to shield the Lebanese Army while it opens up with automatic sniper fire on IDF soldiers in ambush!? Is it to allow the Lebanese to fire RPGs at us while we cannot respond lest the world go insane because a UN Peacekeeper / Human Shield was hurt or killed??
Where is Ban-Ki Moon?
* Where is US Ambassador to the UN Susan Rice?
* Where is the UN Security Council which only convenes emergency sessions to CONDEMN Israel?
* Where is our only ally the United States of America who helped negotiate & force this UNIFIL farce in the 1st place in 2006?
They have all been very quiet today. A stark contrast to their usual rush to judgment statements when it comes time to smear the State of Israel. More
Israel: our borders are fluid
An attack by the US-armed Lebanese army on the IDF, which left one officer dead, highlights the issue of borders.
Israeli troops operated within what Israel considers our sovereign borders. International agreements also recognize those borders.
Over the years, Israeli governments abandoned several square miles of sovereign Israeli land. For expediency, the actual border was demarcated well into Israeli territory. Much of our internationally recognized land, thus, appeared out of the border fence. Not in a single instance had Israel similarly fenced off the Lebanese land.
Death of the IDF officer rests upon the government traitors who de facto surrendered the land which we own de jure. The Lebanese had simply defended what is de facto their land.

Defense Minister against Jewish state
The Israeli government, which insists that Palestinians recognize our state as Jewish (as if we need their recognition), would do well to ask the same of its core members.
Ehud Barak pushed the Labor Party faction in the government to vote against deporting illegal immigrants with children.
In a dysfunctional government divided like the Knesset along party lines, Barak defends the rights of illegal immigrants to undermine our state’s Jewishness.
The media was also complicit as they were tipped off in advance of the Lebanese provocation.
It’s a really sick state of affairs that the world community supports the barbarians against the good guys.
The world community are also barbarians, just a different sort.

Yes, I wonder what Ban Ki Moon has to say about the United Nations’ participation in a war crime that has customarily been punishable by death on the spot. Per the Lieber Code of 1863,
When a Lebanese sniper opens up on the IDF, just lay a barrage of 155 mm shells on the offending position. The presence of UN corpses, in addition to making the world a cleaner place, will be clear and convincing proof of the UN’s complicity in an act of perfidy–a word that Israel should use at every opportunity to underscore the enemy’s reprehensible violation of the Geneva Convention.
I am so irate that I started drinking. I am not so angry with the Lebonese as I am with the Israeli commanders. Like Bill said, a barrage of 155′s and helicopter rockets for about an hour, would send the message. I am very tired of the tit for tat attitude.
