Obama’s High Crimes and Misdemeanors: Gunwalker, Illegal Gambling, and Libya

Barack Obama’s involvement in up to three crimes is cause for removal from office
by Bill Levinson

Executive Summary for Members of Congress:
(1) There is hard evidence that Barack Obama participated personally in a Federal crime, specifically operation of an illegal gambling operation across state lines, to raise the campaign funds that put him into office.

(2) The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (BATFE), which reports to Eric Holder who reports to Barack Obama, may have committed multiple firearm felonies by orchestrating the transfer of more than two thousand firearms to suspected or known criminals (Mexican drug gangs). These firearms were used to murder at least one Federal law enforcement officer (Brian Terry) and possibly two (Jaime Zapata). If Barack Obama knew of and approved of this, it makes him the CIC (Cop killer In Chief) and a party to a felony involving firearms.

(3) Obama may have violated the War Powers Act by attacking Libya without Congressional approval.

(1) There is hard evidence that Barack Obama participated personally in a Federal crime, specifically operation of an illegal gambling operation across state lines, to raise the campaign funds that put him into office.

It is illegal to run a gambling operation across state lines, and it is also illegal to run a gambling operation in most states without a license. This is however exactly what Barack Obama did on at least two occasions to raise money for his campaign in 2007-2008. We have posted E-mails with full headers that trace back to BlueStateDigital that make these solicitations and one was signed by Obama himself. We have also cited a YouTube video in which Obama makes a pitch for this illegal lottery so he cannot possibly claim to have not known about it.

(2) Operation Gunwalker: Watergate plus Murder and maybe even an act of war
BATFE, which reports to Eric Holder who reports to Barack Obama, has allegedly orchestrated multiple firearm felonies by arranging the transfer of firearms, contrary to U.S. law, to known criminals and gang members.

In a story which gets stranger and stranger, it appears at the Department of Justice may have knowingly allowed thousands of weapons to cross the Mexican border, destined for the hands of drug cartel criminals. Worse, the very guns in question may have been used in the murder of civilians, Mexican law enforcement officials, and possibly two American officials.

Note the term “knowingly.” It is a felony, and we are confident that the country’s most ardent gun control supporters will join us in emphasizing this, to knowingly provide a firearm to a “prohibited person” such as a convicted felon, somebody who is known to be engaged in violent criminal activity, and so on. This is exactly what BATFE seems to have done. Now the only question is who gave the orders, who knew about it, and how high did it go.

If it goes to the top, then Obama is indeed the Cop killer in Chief because at least one and possibly two law enforcement officers were killed as a result. We remind our readers that Obama’s supporters in the Black Panthers advocated the murder of police officers or, as they phrased it, “Off the Pigs.”

New Black Panthers and Obama: "Off the Pigs"

In addition, the transfer of more than 2000 guns for the purpose of killing Mexican police officers and civilians could even constitute an act of war against Mexico–just like Iran’s provision of guns and rockets to Palestinian terrorists is an act of war against Israel. The American people need to assure the people of Mexico that Barack Obama does not speak for us, does not represent us, does not enjoy our support, and will be gone as soon as we can vote him out of office or, even better, get Congress to remove him for malfeasance. BATFE and those from whom it took their orders committed this crime entirely on their own while threatening honorable BATFE agents with career-ending consequences if they spoke up about it.

(3) Obama may have violated the War Powers Act by attacking Libya without Congressional approval speaks for itself. The Left needs to be reminded of the hard time it gave President Bush for going to war with Iraq WITH Congressional approval. Although we have zero use for Moammar Khadafy, a dictator who probably deserves what the Italian people did with Mussolini, the President of the United States is not an absolute monarch who can send our men and women in uniform into harm’s way on his own. If Obama thinks he is an absolute monarch, Congress needs to remind him that there are three and not one branches of office by impeaching and removing him.

No matter what Obama does no one including federal judges or Republican controlled House seems willing to at least investigate. Who is backing Obama htat is powerful enough to scare off any entity that should be looking into his activities?

  2. Bee Sting says:

The three “high” crimes is just the beginning, but whenever anyone comments that he should be impeached, that person is mocked in the same way they mock anyone questioning his Birth Certificate. I had read somewhere that when Nixon was forced to resign, it was his own “party” that began the investigation. If that is the case, there are Democrats now questioning the legality of his by-passing Congress to go to war in Libya. However, it is my understanding that it is the “House” that must begin or request an investigation into impeachment.(?) Everyone in Washington is tip-toeing around until next elections – both sides give Obama enough rope to hang himself, and he still goes about his business, answering to no one.

  3. Georg von starkermann says:

So far all I hear and see is basic bullshit about Obama. Crime after crime is committed in his name, lie after lie is uttered by his lips, cover up after cover up is committed by his mionions and nothing is done by anyone about these crimes. I hear impeachment talk, yet all it is is talk. I guess I will believe it when I really see it. Why is everyone so afraid of Barack Hussain Obama?

  4. Rick says:

The 3 previous commentaries make the very valid point that no one in a position to start impeachment proceedings against Obama has lifted a finger to do anything. This brings up the question of “who else is involved in these illegal and treasonous acts?” Someone in Congress has to make the first move.

Where are the members of the House of Representatives and the Senate who were so vociferous in their denouncement of New York’s Weiner for bad choices and adolescent behavior? Did he deserve it? Sure. But compared to Obama’s acts as delineated above, Weiner was a minor league player in a team out in the Antarctic. Why isn’t anything being done to bring this administrative disaster to task? Is everyone in Congress complicit, or are they all afraid? Of what? In either case we have to get rid of everyone who serves in Washington now and replace them with representatives that truly represent us.

  5. Linda Rivera says:

Every American and every one of America’s allies should be extremely worried that the American government provided weapons to narco terrorists to MURDER innocents. This frightening horror should be the biggest story EVERY DAY in the media in America and around the world. Unless our elected representatives deal with this horrible crime against humanity, America faces a very dark and terrible future indeed.

  6. Linda Rivera says:

It is the most horrible betrayal of every American if our representatives don’t deal with this dreadful crime.

  7. Dr. Sanford Aranoff says:

Sadly, Americans are irrational, and may pay for this with their lives. German Jews were irrational during the rise of Hitler, and paid for it with their lives. Yes, of course, Obama must be impeached for many, many reasons. The latest is the killing of several citizens in Libya. This is murder, as it was not justified by self-defense nor by a Congressial war declaration. We must fight, and fight hard-ball, against the irrationality of professors, pundits, media people, and politicians. See the new book Rational Thinking, Government Policies, Science, and Living. Rational thinking starts with clearly stated principles, continues with logical deductions, and then examines empirical evidence to possibly modify the principles.

Yet another shameless self-plug by Aranoff for his book. Buy a web ad. Enough already.
