Yes, that is true. We Americans are the patsy’s (schmucks) of the world. Imagine, folks are starving

because Barry has this concept that kissing their butts will make them love us. Boy, it sure seems to

In all fairness to President Hussein, the mosque refurbishing program started under Bill Clinton. Also, the price of oil is high because oil is priced in dollars and the central bank, known as the Federal Reserve, is debasing the dollar.

Also how could this program possibly be justified when there has been so much pressure exerted in this country regarding
“Separation of Church and State”?
Re oil prices…I think that if we opened up all of our possible oil sites in Alaska, and offshore to drilling, you would
see the price of oil worldwide drop deeply on that day of announcement….dollar value or no dollar value.
What a load of crap. America gives $10,000 each to every Israeli? Palestinians are formerly
Jews? I would love to find out what this guy is smoking.
How come I haven’t received my ten grand?
Palestinians were formally Jews? Maybe some but not most then 20 million Pashtuns (Taliban) are probably descendants from Israelite tribes and not only have they managed to extract hundreds of billions from you schmucks, that are whupping your sorry asses to add insult to financial losses and waste by America and her allies.
@jomit –
I suggest you read the following book written by a Christian and of course a Jew: “The secret war (of the West and the Muslims) against the Jews”. Loftus and Aaron.
Then come back with some education!
Steven L I will get the book and read same. Does this mean that Loftus and Aaron are the be all and end all of
history and that I should take what they say as gospel and discard anything else that I have read and learned that
is at odds with how they see it? I will always attempt to further educate myself with as open a mind as an American
who dearly loves Israel can.
Dennis Prager isn’t anything remotely resembling a liberal or having a liberal agenda. Why do you insist on attacking friends of Israel?
Was I attacking Prager? Used to know him many years ago, very smart guy but he is of the Dershowitz mold. Meaning he is pro Israel even very pro Israel but an Israel based on what he believes Israel should be… Secular and Democratic!! Problem is, that isn’t the Israel I want nor around 30-40% of Israelis and if you push hard you will find that the anti- secularist elements in our population is growing. He supported Camp David Accords. supported Oslo, supported 2 State solution and supported our flight from both Lebanon and Gaza. In other-words he has supported every move that has both weakened Israel against our enemies. He is in this regard by Israeli standards a left wing dove. He may today be on the right side of American politics but not by our standards here.
@ jomit:
There is no such thing as a Palestinian. They’re a fictitious race who are bound together by Islam & a hatred of Israel. If you can supply any historical evidence of a Palestinian culture prior to 1948, I’d like to see it. The word ‘Palestine’ is the latin form of Philistia, & the Philistines came origonally from Egypt. While you’re at it, perhaps you can tell me who is a real ‘Arab’?

I only just found out about the mosque program a couple of weeks ago and I’m still disgusted by it. Liberals always go on about Separation of church and state but that only applies to Christianity. The left kisses up to Muslims(I think it’s because they hate Jews and Christians far more) because they fear them and their numbers.
As for the oil we’re in agreement. The debasing of the U.S. currency by bankers combined with the oil cartels monopoly and subsequent ability to affect oil prices via manipulation of supply hurts everyone. The oil and banking cartels are the enemies of free people everywhere. The Cloward-Piven president is deliberately hindering U.S. domestic production ability.
When you consider that Islam and Christianity have billions of believers, demonic social systems has had billions of activists and adherents, all based on utter absurdity. Are Jews responsible for peoples stupidity also? Antisemitism is nothing but the inability to explain one’s misery and reconcile it with Jewish success. The anti-Semitic cannot explain the unnatural perseverance and strength of Jews, so they reason they must be demonic. Again just shows how crippled the human intellect is, and how deformed one’s ability to accept the truth of one’s twisted soul.
Tony Eades: Yes, I am in agreement with you re Palestine and so called “Palestinians”, of which there is neither.
The name palestinian didn’t even come into common usage (to the best of my knowledge) until the 1967 war. Re Arab?
Well, I think that they are determined by those living in the mideast, are muslim, and who speak arabic. The nations borders in
that region have shifted so many times over the centuries that the citizens cannot be determined by country, only rather by
those characteristics.
HCQ: Re the left kissing up to muslims. If you are a bully, and you want to prove your manhood, who do you go hit?
Someone who you think will hit back, or someone who will meekly absorb it. The world is used to tip toeing around
muslims because they regard life so loosely….after all, “Paradise awaits them”, and that’s a far better future than
their present circumstances. So the bullies of the world are used to handling muslims with kid gloves, and kicking Jews
around in every country in which they have ever lived. But now there is Israel and Israel says: “I am mad as hell, and
I’m not going to take it any more”. Peoples who have scapegoated Jews for centuries are bewildered and confused. Israel
has allowed Jews the world over to walk a little straighter. So, Israel is the problem, and the bad guy. You take
that scenario and build upon it, and you can see some answers as to why everybody hates Israel.
Dispersed Jews in the diaspora were an easy prey for “humanity”. Yet they all failed to eliminate the Jews. The rebirth of Israel can be considered as the “crystallization” of man’s kind conscience. So many in the West and the Muslim world want to destroy her because they can’t face their own lack of conscience. This being said, there is a lot of room for Jews to improve.
I don’t think so. I think people just subconciously expect better and higher standards
from Jews. They look down on those qualities that they use to demean us….greedy,
grasping, usurous, Ebenezer Scrooge-like. But they expect us to act better than
themselves. They are usually surprised when a Jew is arrested for a killing, they expect that
from others but not Jews. People do not think of Jews as tough, or militarists, but
modern Israel’s need to protect itself with a well trained and armed IDF has changed that
picture in the world’s thought process.
“Schmuck is not porn. It is a seductively beautiful and direct mind picturing proper nown.”
Actually, jomit, schmuck is literally, (ahem…) “jewel.”
I’ve also heard it translated as “decoration.”
Make of that what you will.
“[M]y nephew Mo — who just happens to be sitting next to me while i type — has a yiddish message for [Yamit]: ‘Gai kaken oifen yam!’ … wish I knew what it means…”
Ragtime, your nephew just told Yamit to “go shit in the sea.”
But don’t let the Environmental Protection Agency hear about it, or they’ll be knocking on your front door with a Restraining Order tomorrow morning.
Originally, “an Arab” was simply somebody whose native tongue was the Arabic language.
Arabic ‘nationality’ has been a tenuous thing since the early 1900′s. The Islamic religion has always had a much more binding effect on the ‘Arabs’ than the nationalist idea. In fact that’s one reason why they were of so little use to the Allied forces in the First World War, and in large part opposed rather than supported them in that effort, notwithstanding the “Lawrence of Arabia” mythology that Lowell Thomas propounded in the popular western press of the day.
“[T]he Philistines came originally from Egypt.”
Well, actually from the Aegean Islands & thereabouts, although there is an Egyptian connection.
IT IS HARD, moreover, not to be struck by the startling observation, and glaring (albeit nearly universally & perennially overlooked) fact that people of ‘Palestinian nationality’ have never chanced to produce, develop or ‘discover’ a name of their own for themselves or for their vauntedly beloved country. The words, “Palestine” and “Palestinian,” are, after all, not, in reality, Arabic names at all. (Nor, for what it’s worth, does the Arabic language, as a matter of simple fact, contain a character associated with the “P” sound.)
“Filastin,” “Filastini,” and “Filastiniyya” [fuhl-AHSS-tin, fuhl-ahss-tin-NEE, fuhl-ahss-tin-NEE-yuh] are Arabic-language corruptions of
• the Latin [i.e., Roman] rendering, “Palaestina” [Pah-LYE-stee-nah], of
• the Greek name, “Pelistinoi”; which was, in turn, a corruption of
• an original Hebrew-language name -— epithet, actually -— pronounced “P’lish-TEEM”;
[whence cometh the long-familiar, English-language rendering of "Philistines," a name which every schoolkid -— and adult -— would once have associated (and correctly so) with other names like “Goliath,” “Delilah,” etc., etc.].
P’lishteem/Philistines was the term of understated derogation & quiet contempt (something on the order of a slur, actually) which the ancient Israelites first used -— during the period of the Shofetim [“SHOW-ph’teem”: the Judges], between the Exodus from Egyptian bondage (completed with the return to, and settlement of, the Promised Land, Cana’an, and the epoch of the Davidic Monarchy -— to designate the Israelites’ new, domineering and uncircumsized neighbors, who kept them under tribute: the aggressive & often piratical, nonsemitic and non-Arab, migratory, “Sea Peoples” (the Shekesh, the Denyen, the Tjeker, etc). These groups had their origins in
• Cyprus, the Aegean Islands and
• possibly Crete (the Caphtorim) -— the island having been earlier devastated (ca. 1400 BC) by a massive tsunami triggered by explosive Aegean volcanic activity -—
• or Mycenean Greece [which thereupon took over the island of Crete].
Driven out of that region over the course of the previous couple of centuries, the more-or-less affiliated Sea Peoples (as the Egyptians called them) -— a succession of staggered waves of them -— had ultimately muscled their way onto, and occupied, the southern stretch of Canaan’s western maritime plain -— which we have come to know as the Gaza Strip, characterized in our own day by Howard Linett as “the sweaty, crab-infested, crusty crotch of the Middle East,” and which the neighboring Hebrew tribes derisively labeled “P’leshet”: ‘domain of the intruders’ -— during, or just before, the first half of the 12th century Before the Common Era.
“The name palestinian didn’t even come into common usage (to the best of my knowledge) until the 1967 war.”
Well, not among Arabs, it didn’t.
It WAS, however, used broadly & extensively by JEWS throughout the pre-State — viz., Mandate — period.
In fact, if you had made the faux pas of characterizing a local ethnic Arab of the Palestine area as a “Palestinian,” you’d have been met with offended dignity or outright contempt. If they had any sense of identification beyond their local village or clan (or, of course, Islam), it was with Syria.
That is, they thought of themselves as “southern Syrians’,” certainly not “Palestinians,” and they were upset at the separation of Greater Syria after WWI into Palestine in the South and Syria/Lebanon in the North.
Jomit are you saying that all jews are money grabbing? Are you saying that all Jews have money? I know more non Jews who have the attrbutes that you are talking about ‘greedy, grasping, usurous, Ebenezer Scrooge-like.’ How many Jews do you know? @jomit -
Moonwalker…….You’ve been busy walking on the moon. Come back down to earth and re-read my
text again. I didn’t say that I felt that way. I am Jewish. I’ve lived among Jews and had
tons of Jewish friends and some Jewish enemies. I said that PEOPLE (Meaning non Jews, who really
don’t know Jews, and have never had relationships of any sort with them)tend feel that way. They
tend to clump us all together with those bad attributes that I mentioned. Now do you understand?
“People do not think of Jews as tough, or militarists, but modern Israel’s need to protect itself with a well trained and armed IDF has changed that picture in the world’s thought process.”
“Tough”? — yes.
“Militarists”?
– The only people who believe that about Israelis are those who, for their own reasons, have CHOSEN to believe it.
The facts, on the other hand, are easy enough to see — as they are virtually on display and in plain sight.
Dweller: The proof in the pudding is that the only wars they have fought were wars of defense or a first strike
at an immediately impending attack. They have gone after no territory except to take back their own.
They treat the “palestinian” factions tough because those people are determined to kill Israeli Citizens
and destroy their country. “palestinians” could have had their own country a dozen times, but they don’t
want their own country, they want Israel.
It is kind of difficult to respond to someone as stupid as you. “Palestinians” are FORMER JEWS! Based on WHAT historical evidence. America gives “$10,000.00″ per year to each Israeli. There are nearly 7 million people living in Israel (including both Christian and Muslim citizens…the overwhelming majority of whom when polled say they would vastly prefer to live under an Israeli government than a Palestinian one). USA aid to Israel was $2.8B last year. Divide by even 6 million, that would amount to substantially less than a thousand dollars per person. Now, how much of the aid to Israel (MOST of which is LOAN GUARANTEES…NOT CASH) is spent on military hardware, purchased from American companies, employing hard-working American citizens, who unlike you, are generally supportive of Israel because they know the difference between supporting a Western-style REAL DEMOCRACY in the middle of that Muslim cesspool.
Jack Evans: It is kind of difficult for you to respond….period. Talk about stupidity? Look up the word
in the dictionary, and I’ll bet your picture is there. IF YOU HAD IN THE LEAST BOTHERED TO ACTUALLY READ MY
POST, YOU WOULD HAVE SEEN THE FOLLOWING:
“What a load of crap. America gives $10,000 each to every Israeli? Palestinians are formerly
Jews? I would love to find out what this guy is smoking”. I was referring to some idiot who had made that statement.
You will note that I had question marks at the end of each of those statements. You may not know what a question
mark means, try google. I then asked “what this guy was smoking” to have come up with such preposterous statements.
You….of course, being obviously so eager to prove your intellect (or lack of same) jumped and starting calling
names before you had even figured out what I had stated. No Jack, I do not believe America gives Israelis money. They give
to the government, and the deal is that Israel then has to use 3/4ths of those dollars to purchase American made military
equipment. I also DO NOT believe that palestinians are ex Jews. Next time you decide to post something as rebuttal,
try reading what you attempting to rebut first…..or is that asking too much?
worth getting high speed to listen to this, but who is this brave gentleman?
ok, figured it out. Thank you Pat Condell.
