The PA Praises Rogge For the IOC’s Spineless Capitulation
Laura: I hope Rogge and the rest of the craven, cowardly weasels of the IOC are proud of themselves now that they have received praise from the terrorist PA. The PA believes honoring the murdered Israeli athletes would amount to racism and would go against the peace and brotherhood ideal of the olympics. Presumably they consider massacring innocent Jewish athletes was a peaceful act in keeping with the olympic spirit. Such utter depravity is to be expected from the PA. The real outrage is that the IOC has chosen to capitulate to these inhuman savages.

The Palestinian Authority is against the moment of silence at the Olympics to commemorate the Israeli athletes murdered at the Munich Olympics in 1972. According to the headline in the official PA daily, “Sports are meant for peace, not for racism.”
According to Jibril Rajoub, President of the Palestinian Olympic Committee:
“Sports are meant for peace, not for racism… Sports are a bridge to love, interconnection, and spreading of peace among nations; it must not be a cause of division and spreading of racism between them [nations].”

These words appeared in a letter sent by Rajoub to the President of the International Olympic Committee, Jacques Rogge. The letter “expressed appreciation for [Rogge's] position, who opposed the Israeli position, which demanded a moment’s silence at the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games in London.”
The PA daily does not refer to the murder of the Israeli athletes at the Munich Olympics in 1972 as terror. In the article about Rajoub’s letter, the killing of the athletes is referred to as “the Munich Operation, which took place during the Munich Olympics in 1972.”
The PA is against the moment of silence because they view the murder of Israelis by Palestinians not as terror but as heroism. Palestinian Media Watch has documented the PA’s ongoing policy to glorify terror and terrorists. The murder of the 11 Israeli athletes at the Munich Olympics is presented as a highlight of Palestinian “operations” and one of their great accomplishments. In 2010, the official PA daily referred to the Olympic massacre as a “shining station” and its planner was called a “star who sparkled… at the sports stadium in Munich” (see below for full texts of the PA glorifying the terror attack at the Olympics and the terrorists who planned it).
In his letter, PA Olympics Committee Head Rajoub praised Rogge’s refusal to have a moment of silence in memory of the Israeli athletes:

Israel should have tried to deny the participation of the scum as memeber of the IOC and as national participants, instead of pushing our victimization on the world who would rather not be reminded in the first place and support the murderers and their representatives in the second.

Israel supports Terrorism and Terrorists we actually pay their salaries. We do business with them like Jabril Rajoub, who speaks excellent Hebrew which he learned from Many years in Israeli prisons for terrorism, before he became the head of Pali security under Arafat. He has been and currently is with his sons partners in monopolies between Israeli Oligarchs and Pali terrorists.
Jewish blood is a very cheap commodity made cheaper by Jewish reactions. Either you take revenge for our blood spilled or shut up and take it.
Israeli weakness and willingness to sue for peace fits into the cognitive framework of fear and irresistibly provokes antisemitism. Even the Gentiles sympathetic to Jews switch to pitiful contempt over Israel whining about Palestinian attacks.
Weakness wins the Jews no friends; strength makes our detractors respect us.

Exactly right! Abbas should have been tried as a war criminal instead of being accepted as Israel’s partner for peace who receives massive support from Israel, the U.S. and the EU. Thus Israeli cowardice creates the conditions where the IOC can easily insult the memory of the Israelis murdered in 1972.
In addition what exactly do the Olympics really represent? Big money, big spectacle, a sexual orgy requiring 150,000 condoms, worship of the human body and all material excess that Judaism rejects. Couldn’t Israel adhere to a higher standard? If necessary they could hold a Maccabia in Israel for Israelis which would be more moral and dignified.
