Romney Spoke The Truth

Laura: I am really tired of our media and political elites walking on eggshells and pretending that American, Israeli and western civilization and Judeo-Christian values are not superior, especially compared to islamic societies. Mitt Romney’s truthful comment about culture mattering has been excoriated by the usual suspects as “racist”. The fact is that “palestinian” and Arab-islamic culture embrace an ideology of hatred, violence and death. Instead of a normal education, they teach depraved ideas to their children to hate and murder Jews and infidels as well as devalue their own lives. They are taught that their highest aspiration should be to strap on a bomb and detonate themselves in a crowd of Jews. Should it come as a surprise that a culture which instills the idea in its children that their lives are meaningless other than to be used in the cause of killing and dying for allah, are failed societies? On the other hand Jewish values embrace and sanctify life, and value education and
achievement and making their lives worthwhile.

Media is Mad Because Mitt Told the Truth?

Wayne Allyn Root

Jul 31, 2012 Sign-Up Don’t Americans constantly complain because politicians
lie? Barack Obama lies so much, his nose should be longer than Pinnochio. He
says “the private sector is doing fine.” He says to business owners, “You didn’t
build that.” He tells the middle class that “none of the tax increases are aimed
at you.” And he tells rich people who pay almost all of the taxes, “You’re not
paying your fair share.” It’s all lies and distortions. Yet Mitt Romney tells
the truth and he gets panned by the national media? All he said a few days ago
is that Israel is a remarkable country…the Israeli people are remarkable
people…and then compared the GDP of the average Israeli (about $32,000) to the
average Palestinian (about $2000). Now this may be politically incorrect, but
it’s certainly the truth. Forget the Palestinians. Israel is remarkable compared
to any country, and the Jewish people are remarkable compared to any other
tribe. Is Mitt wrong? Let’s look at the facts. First, a disclosure. I am a
member of the Jewish tribe. My grandparents were Jewish immigrants from Russia
and Germany. I’m bursting with pride at the remarkable success of my tribe. And
with America in decline…and the U.S. economy in shambles…the Jewish people are a
role model we should be studying and emulating. Jews are the most successful
group to ever step foot on U.S. soil. They make up outsized proportions of every
important and respected group in this country- attorneys, doctors, accountants,
architects, bankers, stockbrokers, CEO’s, small business owners, the media, and
of course the movers and shakers in the glamorous entertainment world. But,
don’t take my word for it. Ask one of the most liberal and intellectual colleges
in America- Columbia University, a bastion of socialism and Marxism. I attended
Columbia with many of the most famous symbols of liberalism in America today-
including my classmate President Obama. Yet it was at Columbia that I took the
course, “Ethnicity in America.” Here I learned the most successful group in U.S.
history is…drumroll please…the Jewish people. But the biggest miracle of all is
the success of the state of Israel. Mitt Romney is simply the first politician
to ever state the truth out loud. Israel is one of the smallest nations on
earth. Yet it has the highest venture capital investment (per capita) in the
world. 30-times higher than the entire Europe. In pure dollars, Israel places
third in the world for venture capital- behind only the USA and China. Israel
has more high-tech startups (per capita) than any nation in the world. Israel
has more bio-tech startups (per capita) than any nation in the world. Continue reading

    Romney has insulted Brits and angered Palestinians. I LUV IT!!!. Two of my favorite people (NOT).

    On Monday in Jerusalem, he said that their culture is part of what has allowed them to be more economically successful than the Palestinians. Outraged Palestinian leaders said that Romney is racist.
    U HAVE TO LUV ROMNEY for telling the truth.

    Take away their oil and the muslims will have to learn the accordion and hire monkeys to dance and drop nickels and dimes in their fez hats.

    What have muslims given us besides 9/11, hijackings, honour killings, racism ( only muslims are allowed to enter Mecca or Makka ), and how to inhale tobacco through a pipe?

Romney speaking the truth just frosts the Palestinians biscuits who in turn support Obama who does not support Israel, who insults Netenyahu who is a brilliant leader. Every single “religion”….be it Buddhist, Hindu, Christian, Jewish, etc….is tormented and destroyed by the muslums and their hate filled Islamic “faith” and if we do not stop it here, they will stomp on the US and all faiths but their own. That’s their lot in life…

    To LAURA – Pride in American traditional values is highly regarded in the United States.

    The US has been telling the world for centuries that basic AMERICAN CULTURE AND VALUES are better than those of other places. Patriotic Americans would not even think of disputing that. It’s a NORMAL attitude.

    But for Americans, Jews, or anyone else to regard Jewish culture as superior to that of their dysfunctional and murderous neighbors is now being considered as highly objectionable, racist and inflammatory.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~
    Nothing has changed. No matter what people say, the world still imposes a separate code of conduct for the Jews. In the mind of most people Jews are still regarded as a subjugated race who should buckle under world powers’ domination, and whose vassal state must be steadily weakened, criticized, shrunk, and eventually dismantled, so as to return the Jews to their traditional condition of segregation, slavery and victimization.
    Jewish soldiers and civilians die from Palestinian bullets while Jewish consumers crunch Palestinian carrots.
    First step in Arab depopulation of Israel is the Total boycott by Israeli consumers and employers of all products and produce from the Arab sector of Israel and the PA including Labor. We taxpayers support the worthless Arabs by paying them a decent wage and employing them. We can import Asians for a fraction of the cost and not have to worry that like those Arabs we subsidized, support terrorists and our enemies around the world.
    Jews are Successful today because they have god centered values????? They are focusing on god? If they are lights, I think the bulbs needs changing.
    I think you might be envisioning some Christian idealization of how Jews think and behave. Do you personally know any Jews? I doubt it.
  9. Canadian Otter says:
    @ yamit82:
    Total boycott by Israeli consumers and employers of all products and produce from the Arab sector of Israel and the PA including Labor.
    You are absolutely correct.
    Boycott of Arab goods and labor should be only the first step – and fair retribution for how they promote the boycott of anything Israeli abroad.
    But before that happens there has to be greater awareness of PA/Gaza ideologies fueling hatred and violence against Jews and their Nazi connections.
    The similarities between the PA/Gaza and the Nazis are striking.
    PA-TV broadcasts, for example, would make the editors of Der Sturmer blush.
    Hamas militias’ use the Nazi salute.
    Jews are targeted for terror in the streets, on the roads, in the settlements, in Yeshivas, everywhere.
    It is well known that the Mufti of Jerusalem and Hitler cooperated in the design of the Final Solution. After the war, Nazi fugitives made sure they continued their training of Muslims in the ME aimed at the destruction of the state of Israel.
    Too many Israelis are in denial that the Nazi slaughter of Jews and the threat of complete annihilation continues to this day after the Europeans contracted out the gruesome task to the Muslims.
    Israelis see graffiti of swasticas on a wall and recoil in horror. But they are rather habituated to the sight of gangs of Arabs attacking Jews in the streets, and indifferent to virulent anti-Semitism emanating from PA-TV (which uses air frequencies rented out to them by the Israeli government).
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    It is contrary to reason and instinctive sense of survival how Israel tolerates PA-Gaza racism, aggression and incitement.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    Perhaps there should be a poster or internet campaign to expose the connection between PA-Gaza Arabs ideology and that of the Nazis. And to call for a boycott of Arabs, and zero-tolerance for Arab crime and terror.
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    On the REGAVIM announcement of a couple of days ago about the scandalous expansion of Arab illegal construction on Jewish land, I posted a comment saying that it’s up to the people to defend their rights. It’s pointless to expect this or any other government to initiate anything positive in that regard.

    Whatever needs to be done must be done through the effort of the Jewish people of Israel. They must make sure the government serves their needs, instead of appeasing and protecting the enemy.

  10. Canadian Otter says:

    HITLER’S LONG SHADOW OVER ISRAEL by Karin McQuillan – American Thinker – May 4, 2012

    Why do so many Arabs sound like Nazis when they talk about Jews? The answer lay buried for decades in the archives of the Third Reich.

    Then a generation of younger German scholars expanded their attention beyond the death camps of Europe to Hitler’s activities in the Middle East. What they discovered: it was Hitler who financed the modern jihadi movement.

    Nazi-Arab collaboration was crucial to the Final Solution. The Third Reich financed and trained the Muslim Brothers of Palestine and Egypt in terrorism and focused their anti-modernity rage on Jews.

    One of the first people Hitler told about his plans to kill Europe’s Jews was the head of the Muslim Brotherhood in Palestine, the infamous mufti of Jerusalem, Yasser Arafat’s cousin.

    Hitler and the mufti shook hands on a plan to exterminate all the Jews of the Middle East. The Reich preserved the memo, the minutes, and a photo of their famous handshake.

    Husseini was passed along to Goebbels, who established him as the Nazi voice to the Middle East. It was the most popular radio program of the long war years, broadcast daily into every café. This Nazi station was listened to by the entire male population, Arab and Persian, including most famously Ayatollah Khomeini. It was an intoxicating mix of militant Islam, Nazism, and war propaganda.

    The Palestinian leadership and Hitler successfully collaborated on a crucial step of the Final Solution — mob violence and a reign of terror pressured Britain to shut down Jewish immigration to what is now Israel. They trapped the Jews in Europe, where six million perished in the killing fields and death camps.

    Adolf Eichmann’s deputy, Dieter Wisliceny, stated at his Nuremberg trial that the mufti’s importance “must not be disregarded[.] … [T]he Mufti had repeatedly suggested to … Hitler, Ribbentrop and Himmler, the extermination of European Jewry[.] … The Mufti was one of the initiators of the systematic extermination of European Jewry and had been a collaborator and advisor of Eichmann and Himmler in the execution of the plan.”

    Hitler’s influence has been permanently embedded in Arab culture. During World War II, there was a popular song among Arabs: “Allah in heaven, Hitler on earth.”

    Sheikh al-Qaradawi, the spiritual leader of the Muslim Brotherhood today, in his weekly sermon broadcast on Al Jazeera to an audience of 60 million, prayed about the Jews: “Oh Allah, kill them, down to the very last one.” “Throughout history, Allah has imposed upon the [Jews] people who would punish them for their corruption. The last punishment was carried out by [Adolf] Hitler.”

    We are all too familiar with Iran’s plans for their nuclear program — to carry out Hitler’s dream.

    The Palestinian national movement was founded by Hitler’s henchman, al Husseini, mufti and the head of the Muslim Brotherhood in Palestine.

    The founder of the PLO, Yasser Arafat, was trained by German Nazi army officers who were welcomed in Cairo after the war.

    He adopted the name “Yasser” to honor the Muslim Brother’s terror chief of the 1930s, who kidnapped Arabs in Western clothes and threw them into pits of scorpions and snakes. During Oslo, Arafat’s personal bodyguard had sons named Hitler and Eichmann, according to Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu’s book, A Place Among the Nations.

    The continuity is striking. Reich set the Brothers up with a printing press and fake photos of alleged torture of Arabs by Jews — just as today, Iranian, Egyptian, and Palestinian state TV broadcasts dramatizations of Jews stealing Arabs’ eyeballs and killing Arab children to use their blood in matzoh.

    Organizing in mosques, schools, and workplaces with Hitler’s funds, the Brothers spread lies that Jews planned to destroy the Al Aqsa mosque in Jerusalem and trample on the Koran — the same exact lies Yasser Arafat used to launch the second intifada.

    On the Ramadan after 9/11, Egyptian President Mubarak launched a 41-week dramatization of that Nazi favorite, the Protocols of the Elders of Zion, in an emotional call for genocide against the world’s Jews.

    Hitler has never left the Middle East. For almost 70 years, the Arab world has been pickled in Nazi Jew-hatred.

    In the words of Matthias Kuntzel, author of Jihad and Jew-Hatred: Islamism, Nazism and the Roots of 9/11, “[i]f there is one theme … which unites Islamists, Liberals, Nasserites and Marxists, it is the collective fantasy of the common enemy in the shape of Israel and the Jews, which almost always correlates with the wish to destroy Israel.” Jew-hatred is indispensible to Arab leaders, from Egypt to Saudi Arabia to Iran to the Palestinian Authority, in their fight against democratic Western values.

    Nazi jihadism didn’t win without a fight from the modernizing forces in Egypt. Many signs indicate that Israel would have been a welcome neighbor.

    Religious leaders fought the Brotherhood’s attempts to politicize Friday prayers with false claims that Jews were attacking Al Aqsa and the Koran.

    The rector of Al-Azhar, Sunni Islam’s most important university, forbade anti-Jewish propaganda. Ali Mahir, Egyptian King Farouk’s top adviser, called for a united Palestinian state based on mutual tolerance and regulated immigration for both Jew and Arab.

    Today, the fight is lost.

    All of those institutions are firmly entrenched in Nazi-jihadi anti-Semitism. The coalition government of the Palestinian Authority and Hamas, which is a terrorist Muslim Brotherhood organization, are united in their denial of Israel’s right to exist.

    Jew-hatred is so popular that it is possible that no Arab leader can speak out against it. It explains why the Palestinians have turned down a state of their own four times. They are holding out for Hitler’s solution. Peace is the last thing they want. Otherwise, peace would be here today.

    Gaza takes 45% of PA expenses, only 2% of revenue
    PA Finance Minister Nabeel Kassis today said the decline in foreign aid for the authority led to a major financial crisis, mostly due to the pledges of many Arab donor countries that were not fulfilled.

    At a meeting at the headquarters of the Legislative Council in Ramallah he said that the 2012 budget 2012 has a deficit exceeding one billion dollars.

    He also noted that while the PA spends some 45% of its budget in Gaza, it receives less than 2% of its revenue from the sector.

    I have noted in the past that the PA spends a huge chunk of its budget on paying employees in Gaza not to work, as Hamas has taken over most of the high-profile governmental functions using Iranian money but Fatah doesn’t want to make it look like it has abandoned the sector. Much of the Gaza infrastructure is still being quietly run by the PA, which therefore indirectly subsidizes Hamas, allowing the terror group to spend more of its money on weapons, bunkers, smuggling tunnels and the like.

    Hamas collects virtually all the taxes in Gaza but practically none of those go back to the PA, as Kassis noted, even as the PA spends more that twice on Gazans compared to the West Bank Arabs on a per-capita basis.

    For some reason, though, the Westerners who fund the PA don’t demand oversight on how the money is being spent in Gaza, nor do they express concern that their donations are indirectly supporting Hamas terror.

    Moreover, the Western donors don’t demand that their money not go towards paying the families of “martyrs” and terrorist prisoners who get handsome monthly stipends in reward for their efforts to kill Jews.

    Below is my letter sent to the Gardian UK this morning. It is a rebuttal of Juan Cole’s denigration of Israel’s Jews and Mitt Romney holding an event at the King David Hotel:

    To: letters@guardian.co.uk

    Dear Editor,

    The first thing about this article that really surprised me is the fact that Juan Cole brings up the subject of the bombing of the King David Hotel and then uses that particular context of Jewish history to excoriate Mitt Romney for holding a fundraising event there. At that point, this article becomes nothing more than a populist screed. It surprised me, a Canadian and a non-Jew in fact, that the Guardian would allow such an obvious anti-semitic tone in its pages.

    After I read the article, I went to the comments and found that, yes, this really is an article written for the sole purpose of “Jew-bashing”: those who comment on the subject of Romney’s visit to Israel seem to have gathered on your comments section for no other reason than to turn the subject of the State of Israel and the Jewish people into a sort of public carrion. I had no idea that such denigrative and hateful views about the Jews and the State of Israel were so popular in Britain. Nor was I aware of the fact that these views are expressed so often in your paper.

    I notice that Juan Cole has written a book entitled ‘Engaging the Muslim World’. He has certainly engaged your readership with this article: he is cognizant, no doubt, of the fact that anti-Jewish hatred is alive and well and that it helps to sell his craft.

    Our Queen has just visited Ireland. I heard from an exuberant Irishman that she shook hand with Ireland’s head of state and even spoke Gaelic. The Queen, God bless her, is living in the future.

    Juan Cole, conversely, chooses to live in the past; but a past he obviously knows little of. How else could he touch down on the subject of the bombing of the King David Hotel without once mentioning the horrific events that effectuated that sad and rueful moment in Jewish history? I find it extremely ironic that such insouciant and injurious passion is exampled in a public forum by a history teacher.

    Good letter. The guardian is a Jew-hating rag. And the commenters are even more rabid antisemites. Meanwhile England is currently under military lockdown, with the largest display of military enforcements since WW2 while the olympics are underway. And to clue the Brits in, this isn’t because of Israel, but because of the threat of islamic terrorism. But let the Brits go hating on the Jews and Israel while they are losing their freedom, way of life and nation to islam.

  18. Michael Devolin says:

    Thankyou, Laura. You’d think they’d “get it” about Islam all types of Muslims it produces, moderate to moderate-becoming-suddenly-one-fine-morning-terrorist. Canada’s National Post (a paper I read every day) recently published an article quite excoriative of Scientology and Ron Hubbard (personally, I couldn’t care less about Scientology and Ron Hubbard). What piqued me was the fact that anyone (including myself) writing letters or op-eds critical of Islam and Muslims are refused publication, often with a reproof and scolding included in that refusal. But the same journalists don’t mind bludgeoning Scientology as it is not deemed “taboo” by Western standards to do so (it might be deemed “taboo” in Califorian, I don’t know). Likewise, it is permitted for Western journalists to harangue in simplistic and barbaric generalizations the State of Israel and her Jewish population. And no-one seems to find this type of malefic characterization of the Jew as anything but everyday ordinary. I am almost 60 years old, I have been fighting anti-Jewish hatred since I was in my teens, and I still, to this very day, do not understand this ugly phenomenon. I find it amazing that other people (particularly non-Jews, myself included) do not see this glaringly obvious hatred. One can make the very slightest at detecting this hatred, and there it will be, hiding behind the most innocuous-sounding and sophisticated journalistic creations.

    BTW, the British troops who have been drafted in to foil any islamic attack, and fill up empty seats, are sleeping in the bowels of a carpark with no air conditioning, basic food and no hygeine facilities.Many of them have said that they lived in better conditions in Afghanistan!

  20. The press in the West has become absurd. Many accused Mitt Romney of racism for stating the obvious.

    Here is how Bernard Lewis explains, in his interview to the Jerusalem Post, why the economy in any Muslim country cannot reach its potential:

    There’s one other group of people that I think one should bear in mind when considering the future of the Middle East, and that is women. The case has been made, and I think there is some force in it, that the main reason for the relative backwardness of the Islamic world compared to the West is the treatment of women. As far as I know, it was first made by a Turkish writer called Namik Kemal in about 1880. At that time an agonizing debate had been going on for more than a century: What went wrong? Why did we fall behind the West?

    He said, “The answer is very clear. We fell behind the West because of the way we treat our women. By the way we treat our women we deprive ourselves of the talents and services of half the population. And we submit the early education of the other half to ignorant and downtrodden mothers.

  21. Michael Devolin says:

    “Many accused Mitt Romney of racism for stating the obvious.”

    What did Jack Nicholson say in the movie ‘A Few Good Men’? “You can’t handle the truth!”
