State Department Backs the Jew-Hating Corries
Laura: Their daughter put herself in the pathway of a bulldozer in the cause of supporting genocidal terrorists. Our islam-appeasing government is helping the Corries appeal the verdict of their meritless and politically motivated suit against the IDF. This is the same State Department that opposed a suit against Iran filed by American victims of jihad terrorism. This adds to the State Department’s long historical record of hostility to Jews and Israel and favoritism towards Arab and islamic nations.

Corrie, the American who was killed by a bulldozer in Gaza. Is the U.S.
satisfied with that investigation, and is the U.S. disappointed that the Israeli
military hasn’t taken responsibility for her death?MS. NULAND: Well, first of all, we reiterate our condolences to the
Corrie family on the tragic death of their daughter, Rachel. As you know, we’ve
worked with the family all through this process, and we will continue to provide
consular support. We understand the family’s disappointment with the outcome of
the trial. Under Israeli law, the family has the right to appeal the verdict,
and we’ve seen reports that they are considering doing that. So we will see how
this proceeds going forward.Please.
This is proof that there exist many men and women who go into govt because they are evil. This is why the US govt needs a leash. IT IS FULL OF DEVILS as are ALL govts in the West and East.
I cannot watch the Republican nor Democrat convention without the grand desire to puke.
Obama is an inspiration for all those who wish to subvert the US and white, blond Ann Romney is Ms. America. Maybe Ms. Vermont or Ms. Oregon but not Ms. America.
Sen. Joe McCarthy was on the money on this issue. The US State Dept is another worthless and useless entity living on the taxpayer teat, as are
17,500,000 state/local/ federal employees ( excluding the hundreds of thousands in the CIA, NSA and DIA )
46,668,408 on food stamps
67,707,255 on SocSecurity or disabled with little or no income so 1/3 Americans are earning an income due to employment
- how can Israel accept US dollars?
- why should anyone take seriously anything the US govt blurts out?

That is why I am pissed at the US. The Ivy League gang blew it big time.

Shouldn’t the IDF bear some responsibility for this? After all she and her co-travelers were in a closed military zone. In such zones the military takes over total control. With control comes responsibility. Why were they allowed to defy orders? Why weren’t they all arrested and deported? Never mind that in any of the surrounding countries they would have been tortured, raped and then murdered with less fuss then with the accidental and tragic, no matter how you look at it, bulldozing she got.
I think the solution is for the Corrie Family to Rename Aunt Jamima Pancakes to Rachael Corrie Pancakes.
One of the little-reported aspects is Corrie’s and her family’s background as violent radicals. Although Corrie’s Jew-hating supporters try to give the impression that she was somehow radicalized at a mature age, it isn’t true; she was taught to be a radical by her Communist parents before she was weaned.
As to details of the incident, the bulldozers are heavily-armored because of attacks by terrorists and rioters. The armor creates poor visibility through small window area and the large bulldozing blade further restricts visibility. At these confrontations visibility is also restricted at times by tear gas or the smoke from Molotov cocktails and fires set by rioters. Corrie, an adult, brought on her own death by choosing to get involved with terrorists and to get in the way of a bulldozer which outweighed her considerably.
While Corrie may not have engaged directly in terrorism, she was a supporter, aider, abetter of murderers. And now, ironically, posthumously a propagandist for them.
The State Dept. as usual acts outrageously, in keeping with its long tradition of anti-Semitism, Israel-hating, and pro-Arab bias.
The Corries–were bad parents–they raised their daughter to be an ignorant fool and she died a fools death; if they had raised her to love the God of the Bible and Israel–this would not have happened!

The real problem is that Israel has become addicted to American aid, which is just another form of Welfare at a different level. And like all those on Welfare they become dependent on the government and lose the ability to act independently. It’s time that Israel says take your Welfare,take your State Dept.,take your two state solution and shove it where the sun doesn’t shine.

Anyone intentionally entering closed military zones during warfare to act on behalf on enemies of ours must consider the consequences.
She was actively protecting the enemy using stupid actions. Regretfully she was killed by accident. The US has intentionally bombed whole wedding parties in Afghanistan killing hundreds and I did no hear anyone going to court for that.
I would have preferred her being detained by the military police and sent to jail for life for cooperating with the enemy.
She committed suicide in fact.

This is a poor post James, not all that intelligent to be honest. I too am Canadian and we have the unique vantage point of looking at the US from outside while still oh so close. I’ve been watching the Republican Convention and have no desire to puke, it’ outstanding and the speeches all relevant. Yes, Obama has just about ruined the nation but it was on a downward spiral anyway, he just took it up a few notches. And Ann Romney does not bother me in the least. Raising a family of five and having a stable long term marriage is a noteworthy achievement these days. So overall, don’t be so negative and sound like you know something others don’t. Not a single point of yours made any real sense and it just drags the narrative down to your level. Grow up.

A possible answer to why the ISM protesters weren’t arrested is that it would have been very dangerous for IDF soldiers to try to arrest them in an area where the IDF was clearing brush that snipers typically hid in.

The US State Department from Day 1 has always been consisted of a bunch of snotty little WASPs who looked down on Jews. They were the ones when in college who tried to keep Jews out of the ivy league schools. They later became Arabists, a convenient way to express their Anti-Semitism. However, if the State Department is going to get involved on the side of the Corrie family whose daughter sacrificed her life for the cause of AntiSemtism, every Jew in this country should tell the President he’s lost his vote.
