Jerry Gordon brought “Who Killed Rachel Corrie” by Lenny Ben-David to our attention. It shows that, among other things, young Palestinian men regarded Corrie and other female activists as “foreign bitches” who were there for their sexual gratification.
- An anonymous letter was circulating which referred to Corrie and the other expatriate women in Rafah as “nasty foreign bitches” whom “our Palestinian young men are following around.”
The article also asks a question we have been asking for years. The ghoul in question is Joseph Smith, aka Joseph Carr:

We’re all shocked by the horrifying pictures of Corrie lying on the ground, broken and bleeding. But has anyone ever asked what kind of ghoul would snap pictures rather than rush to her aid or run to get help?
Numerous pictures of Corrie standing defiantly in front of an Israeli bulldozer appeared in the media, but upon investigation it transpired that not a single one was from the incident that killed her. Some were taken hours before the fatal incident with a different bulldozer; others were sloppy photoshopped forgeries. Why were there photos after she was injured and not before?
If Craig and Cindy Corrie were not more interested in media attention than in genuine justice for their daughter, they also would be asking these questions.
What made Rachel Corrie run (or not run):
Western atheistic liberals originated from western christians. Like christians, they form a fanatic religion with fixed, unalterable beliefs, veneration of saints, and determination to defeat the devil. For liberals, the Israeli Jews are the devil, and Rachel Corrie has now become a martyred saint, like her christian predecessor Joan of Arc.
In order for Rachel Corrie to become so fanatic, she had to be raised in an environment providing total immersion and unrelenting brainwashing.
So where did this occur? Apparently, in a little known place called Evergreen State College. This is a small (4700 students) school located in the liberal state of Washington. Seattle is Washington’s largest city, but Evergreen State is located in Olympia, a small city (46,000) which is also the state capital.
Evergreen State, as a state school, is subsidized by the taxpayers of the state of Washington. It is not a prestigious school, so of necessity, it has relatively low admission standards. It grants Bachelors and Masters degrees, and prepares you to be a “journalist”, or a teacher, or a nurse. But it appears that it aspires to be a variant of the University of California at Berkeley.
Rachel Corrie’s mother just gave an interview in the (Jew-hating) Guardian (where else?). She says she was almost sympathetic to Israel before Rachel’s death, but it has now become an obsession of hers to avenge Rachel’s martyrdom by demonizing Jewish Israel. Her husband quit his job to get “justice” for Rachel. She says they have spent hundreds of thousand of dollars in legal fees. She hired an Israeli muslim arab lawyer (Hussein father of (Abu) Hussein) to hound the Israeli Jews, and sent one of her surviving daughters to over 200 US Congressman seeking “justice” for the “martyred” Rachel against her Jewish “murderers”.
Conclusion: since western liberals and Israeli leftists are actually religious fanatics, it is ludicrous to think you can reason with them about the right of Jewish Israel to exist.
I am beginning to wonder if these articles say more about Bill Levinson’s sexual proclivities than Rachel Corrie’s. I can understand why a Zionist Jews might despise Rachie Corrie and the events subsequent to her death; but this is a smear campaign of the lowest sort.

I hate to tell you this, but it’s not Corrie’s sexual proclivities that we are discussing here, but the sexual proclivities of the palestinian chaps. It’s just possible that Corrie had a few unwanted encounters, but stayed around among the palestinians because she was either (a) forced to do so by her organizational superiors, or (b) she didn’t want such sexual encounters to get in the way of fulfilling her ideological goals.

As an architect- I object to any demolition of houses unless it be because they are unsafe. If they are illegal fine them and get them to go through hoops until they are legal, on the threat of more fines where no payment of the fines default the house to the state. so you see? Rule of law with some compassion. And too no wast of resources, when there is so much poverty. Incase of default of the fines, the state can lease the house at low rates. Then activists are raising money….
There might be many things to fight for in ones own nation. Why go so far to have an “issue” so far from home? I suspect it has a lot to do with trying to make a name. Who gives such praise to those who dedicate their loves to small things of local betterment?
As to whether there is some substance to it – there might be .. I think of the carry-on over Julian Assange’s exploits and whether there is some of that which goes with with activism (what do they do in the times they are waiting around for the action to start? Do they write the classic novel, compose sonatas, play guitars? or are there temptations in amount of free time and the emotions of being thrown together all wrought up in a common cause?)
And too my personal experience, when the world seemed to me to be a safer place, before the wall went up in Israel .. I and my sister were on a stop off in Akko(Acre) when we were young out of Uni and seeing the world (a round the world ticket) and we were followed around by young men, with one thing on their mind. When one was putting his hands all over my sister’s breast I said ‘enough’. I called out for help- which works in Akko! Never happened anywhere else, in 8 countries and I don’t know how many cities I’ve walked in.

And certainly, the UN “human rights” pundits have no more pressing concerns in Iran, Iraq, Syria, Egypt, Lebanon, or any of dozens of other countries, that they have devoted more than 90 percent of their resolutions to criticism of Jews.

The hateful mindset of the lawyer for Rachel Corrie’s family has been revealed by Palestinian Media Watch, which reports the lawyer called Israel “a giant monster” in a July rant and compared it unfavorably to Nazi Germany.
After a court exonerated Israel on Tuesday from responsibility for Corrie’s death, the family’s Israeli Arab lawyer, Hussein Abu Hussein, said in a statement to the press: “It’s a black day for activists of human rights and people who believe in values of dignity. We believe this decision is a bad decision for all of us: civilians first of all, and peace activists.”
Yet it turns out that this was a relatively mild statement for the lawyer. In a Palestinian Authority television interview in July, Hussein revealed his attitude toward the Jewish state, saying that Israel’s founding was worse than the founding of Nazi Germany because “Nazi Germany was a state based on the rule of law for a short while,” whereas “the State of Israel was founded from the start on robbery and theft.”
According to Palestinian Media Watch, he went on to call Israel a “giant monster” and indicated that people should take action against Israel saying, “We all want to step on its head, but talking is not enough. Everyone has their role.”
Rachel Corrie was accidentally killed by an Israeli army bulldozer in Gaza, as she stood in a spot where civilians were not allowed and she could not be seen by the driver, this at a time when Israel was acting in self-defense in an effort to curb terrorist activity in the area.
Corrie’s family filed the civil suit against the Defense Ministry in the district court seven years ago. They claimed that the IDF either deliberately killed Corrie or is at least guilty of gross negligence.
The court invoked the “combatant activities” exception, which states that a country’s armed forces cannot be held liable for physical or economic harm to civilians that occurs in an area defined as a war zone.
If she really cared about oppressed Arabs, then she should have been in one of the 22 Arab countries that practice terrorism on their own populous so they can remain in power. Why does anybody care about what happened to a terrorist sympathizer in any event? Her parents were laousy parents never taught that standing in front of a moving tractor was dangerous.
