Netanyahu the Palestinian
Alexander H. Joffe:
“…Netanyahu’s unsentimental assessment of the Middle East does not line up with that of the Obama administration – in thrall to its collapsing romance with moderate Islamists – and its devoted supporters among Jewish Americans. These groups do not understand Netanyahu, who proclaims Jewish rights, defends his country’s interests, and hints at conciliation but gives up little – much like a traditional Arab leader. …”
Netanyahu puzzles his supporters and enrages his enemies.
The Arabs have made his life easy – all his talk of an Arab state will go nowhere since he knows he will never have to sit down at the table with them.
Their lack of interest in peace with Israel is paradoxically enough why he will be returned later this month to the PMO in Jerusalem.
He has shown he is as cunning and skilled at playing the Arabs’ own game. In Netanyahu they have met their match and are checkmated.

Israel Will Need Otzma

Yeah he does say things to get the world off his back. But his heart isn’t in the Arab issue and no one else in his party thinks anything good will come from the Arabs.
@ NormanF:
You underestimate him and at the same time overestimate him.
He may be an enigma for you but not for me.
yamit82 Said:
Netanyahu’s an enema for most of us.
@ Shy Guy:
BB has already divided Jerusalem
yamit82 Said:
Every Likud candidate was at Ariel University. The PM declared Ariel will always remain part of Israel. Then they traveled to the Tura Winery at Rechalim. Some enigma.

The clip shows the other side of the separation wall which is the Arab PA. It should be noted that while every one makes a fuss about Israeli “apartheid,” the Israeli government itself sanctions Arab apatheid against Jews ostensibly out of a concern for their welfare. If Israelis need to be “protected” from the Arabs, there is no such thing as peace, period.
yamit82 Said:
We have always nicknamed these roadpoints “passport control”, as that is what their ultimate goal has been since they started constructing them years ago. Thanks for the update. They are moving along as expected.
Stupid Jews.

Shy Guy Said:
I disagree – I think its better to keep the Arabs as far away from the Jews as possible. If they can’t find Jews to murder, the separation wall makes that much harder for them. There are no perfect solutions to the Arab genocidal bloodlust against the Jews.
NormanF Said:
Sovereignty over Judea and Samaria plus transfer.
Or we can go for a full border fence and agree to have a PaliNazi reichlet choking us.
You seem to like option 2.
I would like to add some sauce to the thread.
SHALE OIL. Our territories of Judea and Samaria include billions, (estimated), of barrels of oil. AH… The field extends to much of Jordan as well. Who is going to cash in if Netanyahu and his associates make a deal with the Moslems there? Follow the huge money trail.
It is not only our ancestral Heritage on the line but our fuel independence and finacial power as well.
Something to ponder about…
@ Shy Guy:
Hadn’t realized so many of you were constipated; what a pity.
Have you considered getting more fruit into your diet?
@ Shmuel HaLevi:
That’s why the little Kings days are numbered. The pali crooks smell the money and won’t pass it up. Beats smuggling through tunnels. I think they will try to lock up and pocket as much as Y&S as they can then go for the King. They need Gaza for the port and off shore Gas and Oil. Israel can’t allow them to exploit their shale oil, they will go Nuclear and Obama has already committed to supply Jordan with Nuke reactor.
Many on the right think it’s a good Idea to make Jordan a Pali State not me. They have a small military but an efficient one and it can get a lot bigger especially with oil shale revenues. They can make alliances with whomever the want and there is nothing we can do to stop them.
Short of transfer ( to where is the question),we should take the whole of Y&S, destroy the PA, assassinate every leader in Fatah and the Hamas quietly. Give all dissidents a choice of a missile up their asses or leave quietly to anywhere except Jordan. When the time is right and the opportunity presents itself we should take over all of Jordan, depopulating the country into Iraq. You also know as I do what we get from the Dead Sea and I wouldn’t want the Palis to get hold of it, especially when they get Nuke reactors from America. If the dumb goons in Gaza can manufacture real missiles just think what smarter goons can do in Jordan attached to most of Y&S?
In the next few years Israel must de-concentrate our population centers eastwards the Galilee and the Negev to lessen the effects of a potential Nuke attack but also earthquakes. We are overdue for a big one.
@ yamit82:
If “A” is carried out thoroughly & expeditiously, then what would the “dissidents” in “B” consist of?
Die-hard, non-leader type ‘soldiers’? (Is that what you mean?)
How to prevent them from going to Jordan?
If they didn’t go there directly, what would prevent them from going there
— from wherever they went to initially?
@ NormanF:
The only thing the white elephant Fence has prevented was massive auto theft among other things stolen and brought into Y&S.
It’s mostly the Shabak and IDF that has reduced Terror and change of tactics by the PA to hit us diplomatically and economically in all world forums. Besides rockets mortars and missiles that can be shot over the fence, I am sure by now they have pinpointed all of the weak points and have contingencies ready to exploit them when they so choose. To rely on such Maginot Line fortifications is is delusional and we should have learned our lesson over the BarLev Line fiasco.
America has not been hit since 9/11 not because of American defences but because they don’t want to. The attack alone and the threat of attack serves their purpose as much as any attack. Same here.
dweller Said:
Well, we do need to start a counter-movement.
@ dweller:
We have lists of all those who identify with all known terrorist organizations even those you never heard of. Then there are those who have already served time for terrorist or militant activities against Israel. Then their are the teachers and universities.( eliminate and terminate all activities including closure. Targets should also be the intelligentsia and those with professional training sand skills.
All in all I am talking about the elimination of about 20-30000 Palis. except for the most hardened and dangerous terrorists the rest should have no problem finding a position and place in any of the Arab countries as their skills are in demand. Heck Obama and Canada would welcome them with open arms as well.
That would leave the territories without popular radical leadership and without the skills of those eliminated the economy would totally colapse as well as any cohesive social foundation pretty much forcing the younger ones to leave voluntarily looking for work and opportunities around the world. In that we might be helpful. Once the young leaves they will eventually send for siblings and friends once they are established, and little by little we solve most of the demographic problems in the Territories.
They the Muslim Arabs already wrote the playbook against the Christian populations in the territories like Bethlehem and Nazareth.
